The hospital is clean by and large, nursing staff is good by and large. The prices for almost anything is high, given their claim to fame is standards equal to an American topnotch hospital. To be honest doctors are OK, but you can find negligence in the procedure, the nursing staff can also exhibit negligence as well. The security personnel are not very courteous but are somewhat effective. Overall its a hospital better than majority of hospitals in Pakistan.

Went to the Covid-19 testing area to get tested. It is very well organized and clean. I would recommend going there rather than getting it done with other labs.

One of the best hospitals in pakistan with worst/wired management rules.We booked an appointment 3 days earlier. We reached 5 mins before and then came to know we have been given 19th number. My grandfather had to wait for around 2 hours outside with an broken shoulder. I dont understand if they are doing it deliberately or they are not competent enough. Please dont make others suffer like this.The meaning of appointment in English is simple enough to be understood.

They will not give you any estimated time and keep you waiting forever until “starvation”I with my 65+ year old mother kept waiting for more than 2 hours. She was not granted any checkup as marvellous staff deemed her out of danger yet she was bp and diabetic patient.She had a fall, which effected her spine potentially. She was unable to sit due to extreme pain but according to emergency of AkU its all ok out of dangerBetter check liaquat national for emergency, or wait at home and consult some online DR for course of action at the moment of crises.Then go for OPD next day.It’s useless and dangerous for agedly people specially to visit this type of place where they don’t value your suffering

Worst experience happened. My mother admitted in Old Private wing level 3, where attendant is not allowed to get in. Where as if you concern about your patient status a security guard connect you via intercom. Early morning around 0400, I went there to get a status in regards of my patient, security guard make a call, after a long wait somebody answered him and informed a security guard to informed their attendant to come back in morning in regards of a status. Totally hurt this act. I am paying a bulk amount of money to get a good service but their staff is so careless.I dropped a feedback form as well, hope the management will respond me?

AKUH is one of the best Hospitals in Pakistan and is know for its patient care. Though its expensive,but its value for money. They have one of the best Diagnostic Laboratories in Pakistan and few of the test are only performed hete only. If in life you have emergency, just proceed to Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH). I have constructed their state of the art steel structure building which is a PEB ( Pre Engineered Building) and known as WCH Building.

Aga khan land were taken without paying any paisa for charity purposes. Nowadays its highly profitable, emergency is worst than civil hospital, no humanity, no ethics, no professional behaviour. Room charge is Rs.33000 without doctors, staff, medicines charges.

Its the best hospital in Ktown. I recently delivered my baby boy. In this time of pandemic, their hygiene, management and everything is on point.Their doctors, nursing staff, paramedics staff, management and even security is excellent.My mother also treated for her gynecological related issue and her backbone spine issue also. She is doing well now.My sister also treated from here for her low blood count due to iron deficiency. No one was able to diagnose her issue but over here she was diagnosed and treated well.My father had his hernia operation done from here and he is doing good now.Its our family hospital and must say they are life saver for many karachities and all over the world ppl come for their treatments.

Yesterday i availed door to door blood sample service and had a worst experience of my life, first the collection unit denied to visit my location and said its not possible for 2 days then after having conversation they agreed to visit but the rider attitude was so rude and disturbing. After collecting blood sample of my 2 years old son my report didn’t generated after contacting over phone they said blood sample has been destroyed and we need fresh blood sample for report. I can’t imagine how irresponsible and unprofessional can be this institute? It’s totally disgusting. Never recommend to anyone.

Very disappointed with their help line. I talked to them for like more than 8 minutes. And talked to about 5 persons. Each of them referred me to PGMI section but still I couldnt talk to respective department in the end. First impression is last impression. If this is the training of their help line staff.......

A very good hospital for rich people only, because poor cant afford the huge bills of this hospital, each and every thing is charged here, even the parking is also charged from patients, Canteen is 3 times costlier than the same food available outside the hospital, otherwise the staff and Doctors are caring.
