Like the wide aisles giving ample room for shoppers to move about relatively freely. The layout is impressive with products attractively and prominently placed. One minor gripe I had is about the choice of breads in that they only stock breads they bake themselves i.e. the house brand. A restriction on consumer choice if you want some of the other well known brands of bread.Staff is helpful and there are several checkout counters so less time is spent waiting in line. Another positive is lots of parking space in the main concourse outside the building.

A well managed and maintained super store, contains almost everything for household and beyond.The store has three floors of which 1st floor is dedicated for fresh meat and a spacious restaurant.The aisles are wide enough for two persons to walk smoothly along with the trolley. Items are arranged in good arrays and can easily be accessible.Prices are almost retail and very few wholesale or discounted products.Staff is quite nice and supportive.

Expensive store but has all purpose household items. It has wheel chair access snd entrance. Lift is available. It has washrooms. It also offers a clean sitting place for dinning, bakery items, snacks and breakfast is served here. Very good experience of fresh breakfast and tea.

Its an emerging place in the heart of old stop over in busy location of City. No issue of parking, very spaciuos, various outlets have landed there. Place nice to have just behind famous boating basin commercial area, for people who dont want go in busy place. Has potential of growth and seems to be a very busy spot in next 2 years

If you want to kill time and pick up bread and stuff after having food at bbq tonite this is perfect

I prefer Milestone over Carrefour because its quicker and has stuff that others dont. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. Do get their mini pizzas - theyre divine

My shopping experience was very good at milesone.there was every thing available that i needed which usually is not available in other grocery stores..and service of workers was also good n their behavior was also welcoming,they were well mannered too.

They stock up international brands for the foreigners, as well as, local consumers. The quality of the products is great too. Cherry on top is their cafe on the first floor which offers a good variety of food items to take home and dine in.

Its a nice place to get your grocerys from but its not the same as it used to be before the pandemic. They have moved all the stuff around and you cannot get certain stuff you used to get from here.The timing has also changed from 8:30 to 4:00.

Pretty nice place for shopping. Has plenty of options and the ambience is pretty nice. The price of the items didnt seem too pricey either (something that ppl complain about in particular of nearby Springs in DHA phase VI).The place does seem a bit constrained though in terms of space to move around on the ground floor. Would be quite a nuisance to move about in the shop during rush hour I can imagine.However, I have to admit that I quite enjoyed the cafe on the first floor. The panini sandwich in particular along with some fresh juice was a nice break from shopping along with an enjoyable view of the place outside. And the cost of the meal wasnt too steep either.All in all, a place worth shopping at and Ill definitely be visiting it again in the future.

Always shopped there while I lived in Pk. If your use to shopping markets in the West you will love the one stop shop with everything you need and more isle space. So unlike Aghas you can actually wheel your cart through the isles lol. My olive oil was always from there. It was never over priced. Even got meat there.

I loved their cafe on the first floor. Best to have small snacks and bites... even a proper meal... the taste of everything was on point. Really enjoyed the food. Their bakery items look so tempting.

The Milestone supermarket is just like any other upscale super market though it is much smaller but boasts of fresh vegetables and other regular grocery items but what sets it different is the cafe on the first floor which has a upscale canteen vibe to it. Besides bakery and coffee one is able to hot meals and savoury items and salad. Get a seat near the window and watch the traffic whiz by while sipping your favorite beverage.

I walked across after having lunch at BBQ Tonight.The supermarket is well stocked with both local and international brands. Lots of staff around to assist with finding specific products.However, my visit was to have a coffee at the cafe located on the first floor.The cafe has an extensive menu of cafe type food and drink. The breakfast dishes seemed tempting, especially the various varieties of omelettes. Breakfast dishes are served until twelve noon.I didnt order any food but had a cappuccino (PKR 250/-). It was ok, a little watery in texture and not as strong as I like ... but passable.I might return to try the food if Im in the vicinity and feeling peckish.

Food is excellent and quite reasonably priced. Breakfast served is again excellent. We reached at 1230 and they told us they would serve us (we didnt know it closes at noon) so we sat but our server refused to serve us breakfast had to call the manager several times. They did end up serving us breakfast but a little coordination among the staff would be great. The server wasnt generally helpful in telling us names of the dishes and bringing my tea etc but food is worth it.

Probably the best grocery store in Karachi. They are fully stocked with a wide variety of groceries, fresh meat and poultry, fruits, veggies, medicine and drugs, organic products, perfumes, cosmetics and accessories and many more products. The bakery items are amazing so is the produce section. The only thing that is lacking is the professional staff. The store needs to train their staff to be more friendly and professional.

Relatively interesting assortment of goods available. Their functioning is prestine. The cafe on the 1st floor is a bit slow with the orders. Other than that, I wouldnt change much. Its all clean. Its all appropriately priced and immensely satisfactory.
