The food and the service was really good. Ordered Chicken Muglai with Naans and Chicken Chilli Rice as well as kids nuggets meal with chips and Kit Kat milkshakes for drink.All was delicious. However the fries could have been better.The seats were not very comfortable though which was pointed out to the manager.

Visited more than once. Gulshan branch have very small dine in hall with congested sitting. Out side sitting area as well. Serving time is around 20 to 30 minutes. Sometime they serve fresh sometime not fresh. Quality is not consistent. Serving is more than normal but prices are slightly high. They offer dessert as well which is great.

I got a club sandwich whose chicken had gone bad (verified by 2 ladies among us). One of us nearly vomitted after taking the first bite. Upon complaining, the manager took the plate from table for checking and afterwards he said that he thinks the chicken is fine, and took no action nor did he accepted his mistake.I would never suggest anyone to eat food at Kaybees. However, the ice cream is fresh and good.

An economical restaurant with full table service done in, takeaway and delivery.The most of the menu items are delicious and taste very nice. I like rice and Chinese food items because they prepare them so well.Grilled food is good but needs some taste improved.The dessert and ice cream items are always give a wonderful taste, you should try it out.

These 5 stars are for their famous ice cream cone. God i love it. 5 flavors combine in one swirl and so huge in size, handling it is a bit tricky but seriously you will remember the experience all your life. My kids and wife lived it and we always go there whenever we get the opportunity. I will try next time their steaks too.

Worst customer service. The food was extremely salty and the manager was not even accommodating enough to listen and acknowledge that the food had high salt levels. Provided justifications that he had been managing the MACHS societys branch for 5 years and that the food is completely fine. We did not eat just paid and left. Never going again.

Best place for ice cream

Never buy their burgers... Mediocre and dry burgers with a premium price tag. Their club sandwiches are good and ice cream is amazing. Ambiance is good. Location could be a bit better. They dont accept credit or debit cards so that is a turndown.

Server Ibtisam was excellent Masala fried chicken was average but overall a good experience as icecream was always best at Kaybees best flavors are Blueberry, Strawberry and Chocolate

A small dine in hall and a few tables outside makes this a quick bite place. Fast food, continental and BBQ options that Kaybees is famous for. Ice cream cone is definitely a star item and is mostly running for dine in and take away. Crowd is mostly office going and college/ university students. Servixe level is good and staff is courteous.

My husband and I went last night for dinner my husband ordered fish steak and got a completely different steak like we frequently visit in the branch of Mohammad Ali society as compared with this branch quantity was less and chopped onions underneath steak is not fully cooked and there is no zucchini along with vegetables and these were cold also we had a bad experience of soup

Pathetic hygiene, poor cleanliness, worse food, came to us as a surprise when the waiter insisted that what we had in our plate was behari kebab despite the fact that it was clearly behari boti. Furthermore, fries were a total turn off. The serving size was that of a kid. We were utterly disappointed to have chosen this place for dining out today. Certainly, kaybees has lost one heck of a good customer.

I visited this place about a week ago and I must say that it was the worst experience Ive ever gotten.. First of all the space in the restaurant is very congested with very few seats for families, the airconditioning system was not working and the environment was very suffocating inside. The second and most worst thing I experienced there was their customer service and dealing. Their manager was very rude and was misbehaving with people and was literally asking them to go outside the restaurant if they want to have ice cream. Means if u go there only to get a good family time over a cup of ice-cream then u wouldnt be allowed to sit inside the restaurant.Quality of food was not upto the mark as well as the taste was not even similer to the other branches of the same restaurant.We ordered Kaybees Special Club Sandwitches, Malai Boti, Bihari Boti and Bihari Tikka and they first served the club sandwitches only, and let us wait for arround 20minutes for the remaining order to be served.Overall experience was worst for me and my family.

Kaybees is a pocket friendly place bit the food is pretty average. I tried their club sandwiches, chicken handi and ice cream and I found them average. The staff was however nice. They also served us with complimentary ice creams; the new flavour they had introduced. Also the food was served in time. However, they can improve a lot. Standard can be raised by adding more efforts to the dishes. One thing is nice that on every table, sanitizer is kept. Therefore one doesnt need to go to the loo, to wash their hands.

Home delivery is quick and their club sandwiches are awesome! Special falooda was a big disappointment.

The customers suffer due to poor/ zero ventilation. The Air conditioners are unable to condition the air. Also the industrial grade fans that are there to fix the problem of cooling, create a lot of noise, which ultimately kill the ambience.

One star for crying with blood in eyes. The statement shows perfect emotional state while we received half of order on time and half order after half an hour delay. Worst! When waiter rejected to except his mistake. I will avoid my future sitings at kaybees. Although half of meal tasted good while half of meal was below average and environment was Ok but nothing special.

Fast food deal of mightu burger colselaw fries average. Fries are tasteless. When we orderd to pack some items they didnt add fries in our box even thouhj we didnt eat them. Piece of birger was also missing. Taste was average. Workers are good.

One of the filthiest and dirtiest restaurant i have ever been, found a big size cockroach in the chicken sandwich. Not reckon this at all, please avoid this dirty so called restaurant.
