Worst customer service. There staff is not trained. Staff doesnt know how to talk to their customer. I have been shopping from clifton diamond super market for approximately last 2.5 years and have stopped going there because their customer service is gone from bad to worst.

Its good for all necessary items are available. Crockery, utensils, bread, pulses etc. Ideal for groceries.

Im the Customer of DIAMOND SUPER STORE for about 10years...We purchase Monthly grocery for about 25k,Most of the time they give gift on 20k+ shopping...I recommend Diamond store with 5☆ Ratings...

Better prices than their counterparts.

Mostly fridge items are not maintained at proper temperature, so cheeses purchased from there ,spoiled very next day. Thats my observation, twice in recent past.

A bit congested. The street is also narrow so if you r going there via car make sure you park in adjacent streets where you can easily take it out as well. Provides a large nmber of things. Staff is friendly. Overall an ok experience

Compared to other supermarkets it is expensive and price mentioned on the reck of product is different from the price they charged you and when i asked about it they said that price changes daily in the system. If this is the case then why the didnt change the price on reck daily.

Almost everything is available, but the problem is basement and untrained staff. There is no ventilation in basement, I personally can not stay there longer. More cosmetics and jewelry can be added. In basement staff members are usually found busy in a conversation with themselves which is unprofessional. There is discount. This place is not high end but a luxury for people living around as everything is available :)
