Pathetic service and quality. Gave 2 expensive shalwar kameez to get stiched, they messed up the size. Either the master tailor doesnt know how to take measurements or he mixed my size measurements with someone elses.

Pathetic people, pathetic staff and pathetic operations manager. Moosajee is only a money hungry place. This is what they gave me and denied for a refund.

Used to be good shop. The selection of shirting hasnt been updated in years the suit tailors on the top floor act as if their God sent. The only saving Grace is the shirting tailor situated in the basement.

Very best quality of Italian fabric and have trained staff and environment is so awesome stitching is very perfect and no doubt A moosajee are the best.

I get my office wear stictched from them almost every year. Service & overall experience has declined consistently in the last few years. Salesmen seem too preoccupied most times. Tailor master didnt seem to know wat he was doing, till a younger chap came who seemed to know his job. Their 26 Street outlet is a safer bet. Taking 3 weeks for 3 pants & 4 shirts. Thats just darn too long!

Worst place to get your suit stitched. Incompetent tailors and poor customer service. Almost every outlet is well known for ruining your cloth and events. In case of complains you will get zero response. So save yourself and do not waste your money.

One of the worst Place to get anything stitched. My suit. My brothers suit. 3 other customers who came for trial. All had issues with fitting. If you hate your money so much just burn it rather than giving it to them. This is review for Dolmen Mall Tariq Rd.outlet.

Probably the worst places in defence to get your suit made. Not only is their staff immature and unprofessional, their timings are as they please. Wasted my money and time with these inexperienced staff and craftsmen.

A pathetic and poor response by outlet. They give time to customer according to their stupid schedule and then they dont prepare orders even as per their own given time. On inquiry to contact owners the outlet staff was hesitant to inform him or give details as per owners instructioms. They have revised their rates but my experience is tht even a gali wala tailor can provide you same services tht tailor and moosa sons are at same frequency of humiliating their customers by giving them time and not delivering. These ppl are just now ordinary tailor in just boasting in malls not realising the effort and time customer has to take out for these people . I wish we have their alternate sopn or their indifferent behaviour will get us the customers a better solution
