There is no professional service and they do not even pick up the phone after work and when they come in the hands of the money, then they do not even recognize the next one. It just drives people crazy you guys have not lied You do not invoice the customer properly so that there is no one left proof for you

We hired them for a small office cleaning for windows, cupboards, sofas, and floor for office area, kitchen and toilet.Starting with the positives, the cleaning of cupboards and sofas was done very well in an orderly manner. They removed the stored materials inside the cupboards and beneath the sofas, and placed them back nicely after cleaning. The vacuum cleaner they had was good for dust removal.Now the negatives. The cleaning of windows was unsatisfactory. There marks left where a dirty cloth was used to clean the window, and marks of dirty water that had dried up on the sides.The floor was cleaned with something called deep cleaning, and the machine used a certain liquid to clean the floors. Unfortunately the marks that the promised deep cleaning would remove are still there, and the next morning dust can still be found at places if we move a cloth or hand over the floor. In conclusion the deep cleaning failed to fulfill its promise. There are different kind of offices, some old and some new. Some offices might not have drain in the office area, but the cleaning team had no such consideration or preparation for that. They just used the vacuum to drain the cleaning liquid along with dust from the floor, which probably caused layers of wet dust to stick to the floor and dry up.The last and the worst part was the toilet. The cleaning of the toilet was done last. Either the deep cleaning machine was not working or there was some other problem, but the there wasnt much change in the condition of the toilet even after cleaning. The mop they used had threads coming out of it and the team just dumped the threads in the toilet drain when we were not observing them. We found the toilet blocked next morning.In conclusion, the team was ill prepared. They did not have sufficient materials to carry out the task. For example the dust they removed from the cupboards could not be picked up from the floor because they did not have a dust picker. They did not bring clean cloths with them for cleaning windows. They had no plastic bags in which they could carry the dust out of the office. They just used whatever dirty cloths we had available with water to clean the windows. The deep cleaning machine as already mentioned did not deliver either.I would not recommend them for offices or places where the space is cluttered due to tables and chairs. They can clean large, open and empty floor spaces but not places where there is there is lots of furniture which cannot be removed from the area completely. They dont have the ability to clean high building windows from outside, since they just cleaned from inside the office. The toilets are definitely not recommended since they might end up blocking the drain with things they dont feel like throwing in the dustbin. Before hiring the service, I had high expectations since there were lot of positive reviews for cleaning of homes etc. Maybe the company has expertise in home cleaning and cleaning of mosques etc. So I would not completely doubt their capabilities for delivering on that. But for office cleaning, our experience was quite unsatisfactoryIf someone is just looking to get cupboards and sofas cleaned, then the service is recommended.Edit: After the review, I got a response from the Saaf.pk team. A team leader came to meet me and promised to get the cleaning of the floor and toilet done again in order to satisfy our expectations. The windows were said to be complementary even though they spent 2 hours cleaning it. I was pleased that I got a prompt response and was expecting them to deliver on it during the next week after our meeting. Unfortunately it did not happen then.After a long while the team visited us again to do the cleaning again, since they wanted to satisfy their customer. This time the cleaning was done very well. The floor and toilet actually appeared much cleaner and was according to our initial expectations. In conclusion, people can make mistakes but it was better late then never to rectify it.
