Overall a comfortable and upscale experience. Humble polite staff, less rush, quicker processing. Just one issue that there IS NO such ramp for wheelchair at the entry. This must be fixed at first priority.Elderly people face a lot of issues due to this.

Great place but with the extra service charges they should provide attestation on spot. Also, their timing in COVID 19 is too short, given theyre executive office they should offer longer timings.

Unfortunately even urgent fee passports are now renewed after 9 working days, so effectively it becomes 11 days even on urgent basis. Service is very good. Highly recommended for senior citizens.

The web page indicates that for children under 18 if accompanied by a parent that only one parents original NIC is needed along with copies of other parents NIC. However the reception asked for both parents NIC and both parents passports (original). When asked why the website doesnt imply that they said its not our problem. Wasted my day. Pathetic service for the charges we pay.

Excellent service by paying 3000 extra for an ordinary passport.Do take a copy of your fathers CNIC for the passport renewal as the assistant director sitting there asks for it, although its not a requirement for one to get his passport renewed.

Awesome and really fast service.Highly appreciated.IMPORTANT INFO.I would like to inform you guy’s that for infants and childrens (under 18) new passport (applying for the 1st time) you need to get the application+docs attested by a 17+ govt. gazetted officer which is really a hassle but the good thing is there is a National Bank branch nearby and National Bank’s manager can attest the above documents if you request him and show him all the required original docs i.e original CNIC’s of parents (Father and Mother both) + original Child Registration Certificate (also known as NADRA B-Form “so called Bay-form”).Hope the above info. will help.Thank you.

I visited the executive center for my Passport renewal. You are welcomed by reception staff guiding you very courteously and politely. Provide you with tokens and guidance throughtout. Next you go for fee payment and eventually to counters at left side for data entry, photo and finalisation. Awesome experience. Got dome with my PP application merely in 10 minutes. No hassle of long lines and payment to agents and queues. Rs. 3,000 is nothing for such a hassle-free experience in comparison to painstaking one at Saddar PPO.Highly recommended for saving atleast 3 Hours of your life.

Office, furniture, sitting everything was fine but there isn’t enough work force for quick process just for renewal I have to wait 1 hour 30 min just because of resources shortage and I paid extra 3000 rupee for this executive procedure. Additionally for renewal again I have attest my son’s document/ form from 17 grade officer. Means my process still not completed unless I submit this attested form.

Best service. Whatever the charges are from the Government of Pakistan, they charge 3000 PKR per person additional as their service charges. For e.g. Normal passport fee + Service charges (3000+3000 = 6000/-),Urgent passport fee + Service charges (5000+3000 = 8000/-).It is kinda one stop solution, Bank counter is available within the premises.Well educated & well behaved staff with welcoming of intention to proceed for your application. It is for all the residence of Karachi regardless of any district you from (North, West, East, South) your application will be proceed by their staff.Basically Normal passport office but with extra 3000 PKR service charges. Worth paying their service charges!!!Highly recommended to go with the family. Easy Parking, easy to access & no rush hours. Otherwise normal passport office staff has zero respect to the ordinary people, and no intention to proceed for the application with respect. Unless you use local unofficial agents.

Please bring copies of parents ID cards or siblings. Some time they ask education documents.Dont expect them to be rational they may ask to produce non related documents .But the plus point is that, if you have digital copies of documents they can take out prints. There is Rs. 3000 service fees in addition to the passport fees. For Normal Ordinary passport total fee is Rs. 6000.

Excellent customer servicewhen you enter, helpdesk greets and check all required docs, which include your CNIC, Parents CNIC, and previous passports. If you dont have photocopy, they will do it for you.Relaxed environment, unlike in regional office.3000 additional payment worth saving lot of time.It took hardly 30mins for end-to-end processing, including bank fees, which itself takes hours in regional office.highly recommended to save time.
