Maybe its due to COVID19 but the service was pathetic. Nandos next door is providing exceptional services thats why ordered the main course from Nandos. Affogato was not as flavourful as it used to be. Espresso needs to focus on their quality too.

Karachis very own home grown coffee shop thats a regular pit stop for many. The coffee is good and slightly cheaper than others such as Esquires and Butlers. I love the friendly service.Food could be better value.

I visited this Branch 2 months ago and i really excited about there dining environment and i was feeling so Great.

I am a regular espresso customer @ DHA. Today I had a extremely poor experience @ Dolmen location. I was seated by the host and was forgotten until I called the very host and asked him if we can order. Manager was full of excuses; busy time; short staff, all whilst listening and watching hosts standing around.Lack of acknowledgement & lack of respect, completely ruined my experience and image of a well developed brand! You lost a regular customer.

Always great to have food at Espresso. Quality is great and consistent, and desserts are also delicious. Special mention: Swiss chocolate walnut brownie with gelato

Cold mocha, Book in your hands, Pack of ciggarates and a beuatifull view with your eyes half closed and deep into the feelings to get you feel release from the past memories will mark the memory and GLORIA JEANS helped me to fade away from the past, For me similar to the SB mocha but not the same one.

Best coffee in town, but accompanied with a local low-calorie sweetener, especially when international brands such as Equal & Canderel are widely available. Very disappointing.

Consistently good coffee and food. The new hot chocolate tastes even better than it looks Alhumdulillah. Welcoming staff and love the side booths.

Been there quite a few times. Some times difficult to get place. Need to be careful to know what is going to be included in the order as often there might be something missing.Quality of food is fantastic but be vary of bread quality. Nice casual hangout place for families, friends and business colleagues. Nice selection of breakfast, sandwiches, coffee and cakes. Staff is courteous, food is good. Service is quick. Ambience is excellent.

Good coffee. Always. The food there isnt half bad either. They also have a decent selection of desserts. The best thing about it has to be the coffee. Great place to hang out as well. Good ambiance.

The food is still great as when Espresso started. Breakfast and coffee options are nice. My favourites are the jalapeno burger, nachos, buffalo wings, potato skins, mozzarella sticks... and oh the bread pudding. Yum! The also used to give warm and delicious chocolate chip cookies on every check-in. Not sure if thats still on though. Good place for informal work meetings or just hanging out with friends. Kid friendly too.

Having been to many coffee shops around the world and coming back to Pakistan after a long time I didnt know what to expect from local coffee shops.Two thing i did not like were:1) They only had 2 high chairs which were both occupied which was highly inconvenient for us.2) They didnt know what a caramel macchiato is, which is one of the most famous drinks at Starbucks around the world, seriously The staff was courteous, food was tasty, serving time was reasonable. Cappuccino was very good. Overall we had a good experience.I would recommend Espresso.

A nice casual yet quiet place that offers everything from excellent breakfast options to lunch and dinner and great coffee. Desserts are delicious. Prices are bit on the higher side.

Espresso deserves 5 stars as Im a regular customer and their service is always on point, they never mess up with order or food. Their coffee is one of the best in K-town, tbh.

Probably the worst coffee place in the city. The staff here is least interested in maintaining the quality of service. Customers and the business they bring to this restaurant is not valued. Service is pathetic! Food quality is also pathetic.I will only recommend this place if the whole world is on fire and you need something barely edible to survive!Don’t waste your money other wise!Here’s what happened the last time I went to this restaurant:Our main course and soups were served simultaneously. How does that work? We were forced to rush through our soups to have a cold distasteful main course.At the end of my dinner, I asked the server (Noman) to pack the three pieces of pizza that were left. He stuffs the three pieces in a tiny tin foil box — ruins the topping and brings it over.That’s how pathetic this place is!
