So finally some sigh of relief in this lockdown. Ordered HOB and thoroughly enjoyed.Burgers ordered: Melting Mighty & Spice BusterAnd the best part which I liked, they were following proper safety protocols.

Tried Chicken Classic & Beef Swiis Mushroom. Both were filled with tasteless sauces however patties were good in taste and well cooked. Also tried Cheesy Jalapeno Fries which was the same tasteless sauce. Need to improve your sauces. Speacially cheese sauce

Look at the professionalism of HOB - House Of Burgers, i booked an order at 9:26pm, they gave me the delivery time of 60 mins (10:30pm to 10:45pm max)Right now it is 11:41pm, no one from their customer service is answering on their land line or on their website live chat. The guy replying on their WhatsApp has a pathetic way of catering messagesMy order number is 14623. It is 11:45 (more than 2 hours) their rider hasnt arrived.I posted this to inform everyone not to waste your time waiting for their rider. Pathetic service.

I can recommend plenty of burger places from experience alone who know how to prepare proteins compared to this one. Big thick burgers, burger o clock, optp, heck even local broasts can do a better job at half the price. These guys clearly dont understand customer choice. Their entire menu is filled with leg piece zingers and minced burger meat, not even one solid chest piece between buns. I was happy when I heard the idjit at the counter say the stuffed chicken pieces were chicken chest meat, only to later realize he did not know the difference between chicken chest meat and burger mince. Imagine the disgusting combination of deep fried greasy burger meat with a chunk of butter and cheese in the middle. No one ever does that because it DOES NOT WORK! chest meat is dry and counters the cheese stuffing. That is basic cooking 101. God I can still taste that ball of grease.

Very poor service. The rider even misbehaved with us. We ordered at 8:20 and we recieved the order exactly at 10:15. And the burgers were very cold. He wasnt even able to find our location. And then he stopped attending our call as well. We called at the headoffice and they said that we will contact him. But anyways, very bad experience and i dont even want to give them even 1 star. Very disappointed. Will never order from here.
