This place is honestly amazing. 10/10 food, its not too expensive and everything you order here is served hot, fresh and on time. The service is friendly and cooperative. I recommend their Jalepeno cheddar sandwich and Fries and Bites Combo.

The time I visited, it was empty, yet the service was super slow. I loved their innovative menu and food, overall. But not the fact how they didnt even give us tissues. They forgot drinks before that. I mean, it was empty, it was just us and 2-3 other tables, yet they fail to give attention to their customers. Whenever Ive ordered a burger or sandwich anywhere, servers usually ask if they should cut it for us, they didnt bother asking that too. We apparently had to ask them ourselves. I get it, its self service, but it doesnt mean they shouldnt pay attention to anyone. Since the situation was, order there and they were serving food on the table themselves. According to that - they should keep an eye on customers, ask them if they need something. Anyway, I tried their waffle chicken, it was great! The volcano sandwich was quite heavy and different, Id definitely recommend both items. But hoping they fix their service.

Went here tonight and the quality and service is good. We ordered Ala kiev and fried chicken with Regular spice. It can be very plain so i would suggest to opt for the spicy ones unless youre the person who likes their food with no spice.

The most disappointing chicken place that Ive ever been to! Service was horribly slow. The waiters didnt bother to explain the menu properly or guide us with the right quantity for two people. We ended up ordering more than was needed and everything was so unappetizing that we ended up leaving most of it.I wouldnt recommend the place to anyone. The food was unsatisfying, super oily and tasteless! A perfectly ruined Friday night!

I liked the chicken with the waffle cone, the dynamite flavour was the best but the waffle cone was a bit too sweet for my liking. They have a cute outdoor set up as well!

Visited on the referral of a friend, but was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the food.We ordered Buffed up Buffalo Sandwich and the Tandoori Rice with Chucky bites. The sandwich is hot mess, in simple words. Spicy, as warned by the server, but I feel the sauce was just disproportionately added to the burger and became way too overpowering. Also eating the sandwich was an extremely messy experience, as the sauce kept dripping in all direction.The chicken bites in the tandoori were too bland and felt like theyve been prepped from a freezer.The staff is however helpful and polite, but I think could do with a little more training of the menu and the products.

I have tried waffle, Ala Kiev sandwich and chicken grilled cheese both were delicious and freshly made. The staff was very kind and friendly really loved the meal and the experience was also good. Recommended must try..

Their Deal 2 is for two persons and you will get a handsome amount of meal.Excellent food. Only thing to improve is prep time. Which I thing is easily justifiable against the taste and mouth watering food.

Amazing place to visit. Probably one of the most uniquely experimental chicken success story in recent future. The menu has a specific variety to choose from with many customization options. The staff is great at guiding and presenting the menu. I’m sure they really know their Chicken so do take their recommendations under consideration. The place is small and almost always full so make sure you check before entering. There’s ample car parking near the place. 100% recommended.

The spicy chicken is just yum!! Reminded me a little of Al Baik...a good option for ppl who like fried chicken....the ala kiev sandwich is also good...be careful though..the cheese is really hot and can burn lips and cheek if ure not careful while biting into the sandwich

Finally paid a visit to Cluckys, THE HYPE IS REALLL.The food was amazing, little on the spicy side, which I don’t usually like, but loved everything there! Ordered Waffle cone and chicken, Sandwich Burger.Also the place is aesthetically pleasing. Everything was just perfect will definitely go again.OVERALL: 10/10The total bill came to 1820/- along with drinks.Highly recommended!

The environment is not as it should as its totally glassed (instead of walls) every random person roaming around can stare at u or ur family while I having ur lunch or dinner and wanna have good Time with family.Should b upgraded

Deliciously scrumptious food.Fried crispy chicken is the base, the waffles are love, I asked them for a maple syrup with waffles, they offered slightly spicy maple syrup.Price wise they are ok.Hope they maintain the quality of the food.Waffles cone with dynamite sauced chicken is the top pick.Do give it a try.

Cluckys .. wanted to visit it at the opening but missed it. been planning to try it for months.Had a chance to visit this weekend and I gotta agree the wait was worth it. This isnt something you will easily find anywhere else in Karachi. Ordered Sandwich Ala Kiev & Waffle Cone. used the Bogo voucher to avail buy one get one. Sandwich Ala Kiev - Id suggest eat it hot dont let it wait you will only regret because the melting cheese will make it soggy, but when eaten HOT it tastes excellent. The sauce is perfect, the cheese and the patty are alright. They cut the sandwich in half so it was easy to eat without cheese making all mess. Waffle Cone - Ordered one with Dynamite Burst & one with Peri Clucking Hot , both the sauces were recommended by them. I liked the Dynamite Burst, it was more spicy and the other one wasnt that bad too. Waffle tasted good, it wasnt much sweet which makes good combination with the chicken shots. Brilliant customer service Ambiance is excellent but they just need to get their front glass tinted or something the sun was being real pain. Its a must try I am totally impressed, not everytime I try out something new turned out to be this perfect.

The fried chicken available here has quite a local taste to it. The burgers were quite filling n juicy with the right amount of sauce n crisp chicken. I would vouch for the burgers rather than the crispy chicken itself.

My family and I went here all the way from Malir Cantt and were extremely disappointed with our experience having seen all the amazing reviews of the place.Our order contained a chicken and Waffle sandwich and two Al A Kiev burgers with spicy fried chicken. The waffles were absolutely horrible and stale. And the burgers were very unsatisfactory (it had absolutely nothing except chicken and it was supposed to contain cheese and stuff). The fried chicken was the only thing that was remotely any good.All in all a pretty bad experience.

First time visit to Cluckys. The counter attendant explained the menu of what they have which helped me decide what to eat when I informed him that it was first ever visit because of the good reviews I found on social media ۔ The food was on point & had a really great taste. Its a must try

The speciality, spicy fried chicken, is exactly what you expect to get. The sandwiches are also very nice. Must try at least once if you like fried chicken stuff.Not a very big space and not lot of dine in space either, there are around 8 tables.The order usually takes 15-20 minutes to be ready as fried chicken is made fresh when you order.

The place was a bit compact to my liking. But their food especially Ala Keiv Sandwich was amazingly scrumptious. Restaurants ambiance was well designed to suit teenagers hangout spot and it could become pretty popular among them in future.

A unfortunate example of design over substance. A poorly constructed menu, and lacklustre food. Ordered a waffle sandwich, tater tots, ice cream and a couple of extra sauces.Whilst the chicken within the sandwich was warm, flavorful and crispy, if was unfortunately served between two waffles that appeared to have recently been resuscitated using a microwave. They were utterly flavourless and were quickly discarded.The tater tots, are little more than deep fried morsels of mashed potatoes. McCainss does them better out of a packet.The nuggets and fries bowl, was equally underwhelming; literally just a few nuggets coated in a sauce, placed on crinkle cut fries - which are perhaps the most disappointing element of the meal, lacking seasoning, served luke warm and lacking any satisfactory crunch.On the flip side, the restaurant is well put together, the architects have done a stellar job of creating a slightly upscale casual dining atmosphere, unfortunately however, the folks responsible for the kitchen have clucked up.I give the restaurant 3 months, tops.

Piss poor service. The UAN Operator was rude while taking the order and told me delivery time of 75 minutes (COVID19 Surge) regardless o placed the order. After a whopping 1Hr and 20 Mins I tried calling they had switched off their UAN number. Found another cell number on their fb page, called that but still they KEPT CANCELLING the call. Finally answered after 10th try only to tell me sir Aapka order abhi lagayen ge please wait. Pathetic service and pathetic customer service. Food can go to hell, theres plenty of other places with better food and EXCEPTIONALLY great service. Very disappointing and please people of you value good service and timely delivery DONT ORDER from this restaurant.

Excellent fast food with innovation and blend of local taste. Waffle was unique and tasty. Great variety of sauces. Spicy chicken has excellent marination.

Lot of variety in burgers, hot shots presented in waffle cone with 10 different options of sauces. Rice with hot shots also available but didnt tried. Its new & different experience of burgers. Place needs expansion Around 20-24 seating arrangement is there and all time full.

Visited Cluckys last night and ever since its opening I have been there more than ten times.For someone who likes good fried chicken or good sandwiches, this is the place to go.Ive tried almost everything in the menu and Ill list down all the things Ive tried (On top being the best)- Sandwich Ala Kiev: For me, its the best thing in the Menu. Ive had it everytime Ive been to Cluckys. It is really filling with alot of cheese that just bursts into your mouth. The sauce is really tasteful aswell.- Clucky Bites: Ive tried three of their combos. 1: Mexican Reaper Salsa Bites + Fries (Base), its pretty nice but Id prefer a BBQ or Buffalo sauce more with Fries (it has a layer of Jalapeno Cheddar sauce already in it aswell)2: Mexican Reaper Bites + Tandoori Rice, these are the best combination to go with the Rice if youre looking for something spicy.3: Waffle Cone + Buffalo Bites: they were the most spicy of them all but the Waffle Cone was a bit sweet so it toned it down. (Waffle Cone being sweet I didnt like that personally)- Spicy Chicken Pieces: Ive only tried chest pieces from them but theyre 10 times better than the other franchises that sell Fried Chicken. Theyre really juicy, tender and crispy. Perfectly succulent.Sides Ive tried:Tater Tots: theyre okay just if they add a bit of oregano or something to boost the taste they will be better. Theyre really plain right now.Spicy Corn: I personally liked it, it was spicy and with a little bit of jalapeno cheddar sauce (if im not wrong)The only issue that bothered me the most was the Waffle Cone/Bread being sweet. For dessert, the Waffle being sweet is justified but with Chicken its not a perfect match, atleast for me.Overall Experience: I will rate it 8/10, the food is good, the service is good, the staff is polite, just if there is a lot or crowd there youd have to takeaway your food. The space is a bit small but its a fast food joint so understandable.

Best fried chicken we have tried to far in Karachi. Very fresh and was not oily at all unlike some other chains. Reminded my family of Popeyes, a very popular halal fried chicken franchise in Canada. Tried the fried chicken, waffle chicken and burgers. No complains in any. Will definitely be coming back for more.

Differently presented range of burgers, waffle hot shots in 10 different flavors and chicken broast as well. Nice experience to visit prices are bit higher but quality covers it.

We ordered Rs2,950/- food at 8:15pm. We were promised delivery in 90 minutes. After 10:00pm, their numbers were non responsive. At 11:00pm, the delivery guy called to get our location. We had lost our desire for this messed up delivery already, so told him to take the order back as it was already 165 minutes since order.Any establishment that cant deliver as promised will not survive for long.

Amazing food and friendly staff

The ambiance and environment and cleanliness was all good and modern like up to date not old, the food was good the chicken piece (regular) is pretty close to KFC and they served waffles along with the chicken pieces instead of normal dinner rolls and guess what the bathroom was more cleaner and better than the shop itself.
