I heard that they have very poor service and they dont provide you what they said! But my samsung mobile got an issue once and I went there to claim the warranty and they deal very calmly and resolved my issue very quickly! Totally satisfied with their service!

My brand new phone just got powered off by itself & then not turning on. I visited this Samsung service centre and they took a week & told me that the cameras are not working it will be changed and it will cost u around 20000 pkr.Before i visited the Samsung service centre all the cameras were working good. They just reset my phone & gave me my phone with not working cameras.

Samsung after sale service centre located in Saddar in the heart of Cell phone market.Very courteous staff and well organised who will attend to you immideatly listen to your complaint and try to rectify the fault in minimum possible time with a guaranteed job and genuine Samsung parts at very competitive rates, parking is a bit problem on that busy area so keep that in mind.

It has best services for all costumers. Quality assurance and urgent service has provided here.

3rd class customer service

Phones are outstanding but once broken which is common even minor hit leads to lcd display change, mean while panel will be change and panel price is almost half of that cell phone and not reliable service due to which I quit and now using MI phones too much reliable and best camera even the best now in price and after sell services

20th July 2020: This time the experience is terrible. Chaotic and mismanaged queues with long wait by standing in hot and humid corridors outside shop, without care for COVID 19 social distancing. Men and women one queue. Just two experts for attending the crowd in which the woman was not fully trained technically and also misbehaving with people. I have doubt that they would be able to do justice with such heavy work load and there must be compromises in repairs. This place is undergoing renovation, so temporarily moved down to UB floor shop 26, from 4th floor. They have some setup (lab etc) on the lower basement which is not doing direct public dealing.Review in 2018: Visited a few times. Spacious shop. Samsung smartphones & accessories are available for sale. Paid parking on the road side.

Samsung service is good.But some employees are cheaters...Not all but some are friendly and helpful.If you go for warranty claim, first they said it is not in our warranty policyIf you have knowledge then discuss with them, then they will solve your problems.50% customer go back without solve their problems.

Worst Experience I ever had! Just went to service center to show a phone to repair. Their only concern was whether I will be able to pay the exorbitant repair charges (starting from Rs5000, just to inspect the phone. Repairing and part charges will be extra!). Plus I was categorically told that they will not take any responsibility of the phone during repair process.Interestingly they mentioned that International warranty DOES NOT work in Pakistan!

Horrible service. When you announce that my Samsung mobile model : SM-J730F bought brand new is covered under accidental warranty and if this new mobile bought under your such warranty falls from your hand while you are coming out of your car, your company does not accept that under accidental warranty and send a written reply that it was my neglence. How on earth can one will convince you that it was an accident. What else is accidental warenty. Shame on you and your so called accidental warrenty.

I found People at Samsung Service Center are simply pity labor and not professional technicians, the way they talk with customers hood wink and posing them self as best technicians and simply charge hefty sum for minor repair, this is my personal experience for my Samsung 48 inches smart tv, which I repair from simply TV shop at Rs.700 only and Samsung center was demanding Rs 8000. WOW

Connecting the numbers, is the most disgusting thing I have ever faced,,, its similar to that of Government departments.Your phone no. 35245163 is disconnected, but still the operator gives this number to the clients.Your phone number 35843404 and 5 ,,,, i tried from 12.15 till 12.45the bell is ringing on both the numbers, but there is no one attend.Lastly , your phone 080072678,,, there after a long recorded message, one is kept on waiting,, that all the experts are busy..One just thinks,, that the beginning is such careless, what will happen when the goods are in your hands, for repairing...

Very poor service center efficiency..i had submitted my cell for last 33 days and still the service center (green Tech) repair it..kindly every one be aware while you are purchasing samsung mobiles with warranty..bcoz they did nt care for their customer after sales.
