Bad place to visit,3rd class service

I went there to claim my phone against warranty. The guy checked the phone and open it and requested me to collect the phone after 2 weeks. Two weeks after when I went to collect my phone, the guy said warenty was avoided as the seal had already broken. I expalined them that it was their representatives who open the seal when I presented the phone to him. And why would I need to give my phone to any other repair shop when i still have warranty for that???? He never accepted and return my phone with even worse condition... really disappointed... Pathatic people with pathetic service. Worse experience.

Good service . managed way to deal with customers through number system. Only one bad thing which I have faced is shortage of stock like I have to by a charger from here but every time stock is not available.
