Pathetic place. No parking place. The office has a waiting area but the work force is not qualified to do the job. Beside above the work force dont even know what facilities are aval with the environment is totally unfriendly to costumers. They cant even know how to share ur balance. The only answer with them is to visit another costumer center.

Things changed here. Now they have super friendly staff whore willing to go an extra mile for you. Very accurate support and advices. They also wrap up things quickly now with efficiency. Welcoming everyone with a smile. You can even goto talk to ptcl exchange staff for satisfaction if your issue persists.

Have your expectations clear before visiting this. Its a public sector organisation - yesss... even after privatisation. One has to wait longer and at times revisit to get things done.I went for closure of broadband. You need to take with you last bill and you can pay it at the smart shop. Other things include Broadband modem, a termination request mentioning your details and modem serial number that you returning and CNIC copy of the person who owns the connection. Its better if you dial in their termination line in advance and have your reference number handy. They will process your termination after wasting a lot of time to retain you. The staff is nice and helpful within their limits. Do be mindful of the fact that these poor souls face the wrath of unhappy and at times very rude customers.Tip: Never mention poor service as reason for termination ;)

Poor services, today i withdraw my Ptcl broadband service because of poor after sales service

I visited there to solve my broadband problem they checked my modem and said modem is ok, then they noted my problem but it did not solved my problem. I spent further two weeks and Lodge many complains top solve my internet issue

Poor service as always. went there for broadband closure of my office. Although i had the authority letter from my manager, they still forced me to ask my manager to call them. This was unnecessary since i had all the required documentation. But i think this is what we should expect from their pathetic customer service. Lesson learned.
