Best customer care services. In current month mean ( Nov 2020) there is a huge discount on parts with no service charges. I got my sets terrified and battery, front panel and back cover changed only at a cost of 3800. So highly recommended specially for Nov 2020

They think people of Karachi are foolish. They used to replace their useless things and local market purchased things with Huawei origional accessories. Also they purchased local electronics for warranty claimed things. I personally suggest not to buy from them. One of their main franchise in saddar karachi had closed due to their poor customer service.

Good. I reached late the first day and they said the center closes at 7pm so I started searching everywhere in Star Mart and Amber Towers for an econimal way to flash my childsphone when we forgot which google address we had input. The prices ranged from rs600 to rs1000 outside but quite a few people suggested to try the service center.Came back the next day, hot it done at rs800 but at least I know its right from yeh company.

Worst service .. on 6th aug submitted my Honor8x .. i clam in warantte no scrach, no break, but they said it will not be clam in warentte its internal damaged etc ...After long debate i said ok will pay u go for it .They give me 72 hours repairing timing and now its almost 30 plus days i am still waiting for my cell phone.. (9,100) they are charging.Atleast 8 to 10 calls to hetlpline , 3 visits personally but they dont have any time line , scilent ...Plzzz its a request avoid these companies, they every month launched new cell phone but dont have the repairing items ..

I had a great experience with Huawei repair center. However, I would like one of these repair shops in every part of Karachi so it is convenient for users to reach their nearest repair center.

Disposable MobileBack in July 2018 I purchased Huawei P20 lite which has the problem of water in grace on 1st July 2019 after trouble shoot from local mechanic it recover all its function including WIFI Bluetooth but its sim signals not appeared and local mechanic referred me to service center (Amma Tower Karachi) upon contact with service center representative he ask me to replace mobile main board which costs PKR 39000/ or USD 243$ which was higher than the new available P20 lite in market at the cost of PKR 33000/ or USD 207$ so I ask to repair the board on which he replayed that they cannot repair the board.If Huawei service center can’t repair their Mobil and provide only parts replacement in the name of service center on higher rates as compared to new mobile means they are disposable Mobil and you can get only parts replacement on higher cost as compared to new mobile.Although Huawei provide good mobile phones as compared to other competitors in low price but they lose their customers because of no after sale service.it was also checked that P20 lite mainboard available in india at the cost of INR 9578.33 or USD 139$ screenshot is available for referance
