Well, the Service is pathetic. They really need to know how to give a good customer service. It is all good that Entire Karachi wants to do catering and decor from UC, but sometimes, you need to go out of the way and assist small events as well. UC has best food, great variety, need to do something with Decor and Designing. The staff needs immense improvement, especially the Customer Relationship Officers. Digital Age, needs Digital Integrstion. Use Whatsapp and Emails.

United catering is probably the best event executer in Karachi. The team is good. And munib for booking and coordination is highly recommended. They dont compromise on quality and quantity of food in event. Only send too many people for servicing and tips sometimes Haha. Rest they are highly recommended for small 50 people to 10,000 hea gatherings.
