Metro radio cab is more expensive than Careem and Uber for the same value however it is more reliable than both. It operates nearly in all major cities in all vicinities. Always make a prebooking. There is no meter and there is concept of fixed price so it is better to have clear address of your destination to negotiate a better price. The radio cab is available on call and there centres are present in all major airports.

Bloody cheater. I was travelling yesterday i paid them the money , the driver cleverly exchanged the 1k note with 500 rupee note and told me that i accidently gave him the wrong note!...

Wont say safest as sounds offending, as Karachi is much calmer then Johannesburg in terms of violence , but overall good value for money and best cab service around. Do call in advance as during rush hours the wait time sky rockets.

Very bad experience. Charges are very high. Car was dirty. Luggage picker and driver were asking tip like beggars. Tried to send them feedback on their listed email however it bounced back twice.

Though there were bad experiences in the past, but recently it was good. On time, helpful, and professional driver.The booking operator needs to be more polite and professional though.

It was good and safest option to and from airport till launching of Careem and Uber. But now people prefer Careem and Uber because of low fares.

Pathetic experience. At the end of the ride, the driver quoted me the fare of PKR 1,025. Upon asking for a receipt, the driver said Metro Radio Cab does not have an SMS receipt service. Next morning I received a text of receipt of PKR 900. I complaint on their customer service twice, it has been over 3 weeks and I have not heard back from them. #muggers
