This was the very first time I have visited Hinda Quaideen. I had to travel to Lahore and wanted my car to be inspected properly if it is fit for a long travel. When I reached the manager not only greeted me but tasked on of his best technician to go on a test drive and check car fitness.That guy took car for a long ride about 30 minutes and drove it on bumby roads, at high speeds and have done all sort of manoeuvre in order to check car suspension, brakes and engine. At last he checked all oils, filters etc and cleared the car. They didnt charge a single penny for this work.Very professional, cooperative and well trained staff. Must recommend

This is a showroom and work shop of the Honda company where you can purchase honda cars and can take it for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. It is located in the busy area that meets Korangi and Defence of Karachi. The parking is inside the premises and is shared with other land area of the Imtiaz Super store. The maintenance office is a bit older one and doesnt look professional. The staff present were attending customers but they lacked the standards. While giving your car for maintenance, you will have to bring the warranty card with you. The attendant will check the car and provide us with a card which shall be shown upon delivery. It is necessary to follow the number of miles or months for a scheduled maintenance till the period of the warranty otherwise warranty claims shall be impossible. You agree for the time of the maintenance and they take the car into the mechanic zone where the technical staff checks the car. You could leave the car and pick it up after a couple of hours depends upon the rush.Its better to go on weekdays as Saturday is always occupied. Its not necessary to sit there till the maintenance, one can get some of where work done in the meanwhile.
Honda is focused in selling cars only. No concept of after sales service. People have to beg to get their car serviced. Shame on Honda Atlas.
I initially wrote a good review for Honda Defence, but my visit today and the last time were horrible. Last time I went for an oil change on a Saturday after making an appointment ahead of time and they took 4 hours for that. 4 hours for an oil change?!?Today I went there to buy a clip for my cars grill (which broke off when I got a new horn installed), and the guy at the counter looked at the clip and said they cant sell me any parts off the counter and that they will only sell it if I bring the car and they install it. I thought he was kidding, but apparently not! I inquired why he couldnt do that, upon which he said that it was their dealership policy and I could go to another Honda dealership and get. I refused to accept that and asked if he could give it to me in writing so that I have proof when I file a complaint with Honda Pakistan. He then offered to talk to his manager. I agreed to that so he dialed his managers number and spoke to him telling him that Im insisting on buying th part and that I would complain to Honda Pakistan. The manager told him to pass me the numbers for the complaint and I am free to do that. So I was pointed to 2 mobile numbers written on the wall for complaints. I dialed the first number while sitting in the dealership. The number was incorrect and I received a msg saying that the number has changed. So I dialed the other number and after a couple of option selection, the bell kept ringing and no one answered. I tried the number 2-3 times without any luck. Finally I gave up and gave the person behind the counter 3 options:1. They se me the clip.2. They give me a written note that they are refusing to sell me the parts.3. I make a video of them and post it on social media.He said that he cant do any other those, so I asked to meet the manager. He dialed his number and the manager refused to meet me and told him to sell me the parts along with the labor charges.The guy at the counter finally agreed to help me and said he will sell me each clip for Rs. 130 each. Since I needed the clip, I agreed so after all the paperwork and payment, he brought me the clip which seemed extremely poor quality as compared to the one that came off the car. See pictures below. I insisted that I want an original clip for this price and he kept saying that this was the only clip ilthey had. He even called the parts guy to support him. I got the clip. It fits, but the quality is extremely poor. I will probably go to another dealership to buy a new clip.In conclusion, Im giving Honda defence the lowest rating I can and write all of this because they wasted 45 minutes of my time and their time by trying not to sell me parts over the counter. For Gods sake, youre a frekkin dealership. If you wont sell me OEM parts, who will? These ridiculous policies made that dealer level are just that... Ridiculous! Unheard of anywhere outside of Pakistan. Shame on Honda Defence! I will never go back there for even an oil change!
The service center is itself in a terrible and dirty condition. They cant take care of themselves, how can we expect them to take care of our vehicles.

This is not the only service station of Honda around, thats whybhave given 3 starts to them. As i have other options too, i explored them and found that same quality of service and reliability is also available at far lesser price at other service stations. For Honda Defence, yes they are reliable, they do the job in a day for service, if you give them your car in the morning, they will deliver in the evening; but if you give it in afternoon, they will deliver it the next day. They close by 5 or 6 PM. That limits clients options as clients mostly have to adjust to timings of Honda Defence and not that Honda Defencr provides them flexible timings. Their staff is humble, but mostly is not connected with one another. They accept Credit Card Payments. They have a waiting room with TV and A/C. But its not possible to stay for 5 or 6 hours there. They have good documentation available as check off list for your car, but, it also needs further points. And make sure that you check each thing every time specifically, dont just trust their managers. They leave basics like filling of wind shields water, cleaning and drying around the doors on the inside, so check everything.
Good place for purchasing new Honda cars and also repair old one.

Today i had a first after sales experiance as i bought BRV in Dec 2017. Todays wellcome was totally difference compare to 1st day when i went showroom for BRV booking. At that day i was king and today i am zero and helpless. Unfortunately i missed my warranty which was applied duplicate before 2 week ago and today i found complain on BRV excel which creating noise. I went showroom for claim purpose but till 1 hour no one entertaining. When i shouted then they realized and refer me to GM. But unfortunately i hav spending 2.5 hours but no appriciated response was received. As per showroom, i should wait till duplicate copy and i hav to drive dis faulty car till duplicate warranty card. Wow dis is a service provided by Honda. Our money hav no worth.

I could not find that my car was service so I went there again to wipe the dust from car. And they misplaced my car running file. My spare wheel wasn’t new as i saw on Car delivery. My rating is Less than 1 star.
Highly non-customer friendly, stirict no co-operation policy and typical parrot -like policy reffered for each service asked. Cant drop, Cant Keep, Cant take responsibility of glove compartment contents, cant talk before 9 or after 5 to customer.Will not recommend for any one who does not have full day to sit around looking at KPT flyover.
