One of the finest airport of Pakistan. Pretty large parking area, both for 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers. Nominal parking charges. Other amenities include several cab services, McDonalds, public washrooms. One of the best thing is that bus is not required to board plane as they are directly connected to the airport through pathways. Another good thing in its design is split floors i.e. 1st is for departures while ground floor is for Arrivals. For drop off on 1st floor parking is not allowed/required.

Made in the late 80s but is still better than the other Pakistani & even regional airports. However if the world recovers from Covid soon then we surely need a huge upgrade if not a new airport

Jinnah International Airport is definitely an interesting place for an American to visit. While the Airport staff are spectacularly friendly, efficient, and helpful, the security forces like to use the word no alot. The business class lounge is nice to hang out in. The security folks do not like you wandering around. I do hope to see more the next time I am in Karachi.

Was my first time arriving in Karachi!As a solo female traveller from England, I managed to get about quite quickly and easily without any major stress.My friend picked me up from here and I had an awesome trip!

An excellent experience this time! By the time I reached the luggage carousel the bags were already there and we were out in literally 10 minutes!Everything was sparkling clean and it filled me with pride that finally we have a decent airport in the capital city of Pakistan !

Jinnah International Airport Security is very restrict since last few months due to Covid-19 pandemic and it very good that we follow and apply SOPs. I went to drop my relatives for their international flight.

Very clean and roomy with Covid SOPs.Heppa filter fans everywhere.Pleasant experience.

Ordinary people, who wear simple dress, on bike or local transport cannot enter in Airport to receive or drop their friends and relatives.VIP people, wearing three piece suits, clean shaved, looking rich, on big cars and jeeps can enter. Security cannot ask to them about reason to enter.Security mentains difference between Rich and Poor people very nicely.Security staff behave very badly if anyone request to enter Airport.If you are rich or have armed forces card, so go to airport, otherwise save your self respect and never come here.

Pakistans top busiest Airport.However, going through strict S. O. Ps in these times.No more than 2-3 persons are allowed with the passenger.No seating arrangement on both the terminals due to covid. First floor is for departure, and ground one is for arrivals.Note: Persons waiting for the arrivals arent allowed to go into the terminal. They have to wait outside of the terminal.

After covid things get changed but good to see that everyone is following SOPs .

Fantastic Place Really Awesome Security Good People Nd Secure From Corona...

Right now Jinnah Airport is following strict SOPs with respect to Covid-19, only 1 family member is allowed to receive incoming passengers. It was an unusual sight as the parking was nearly empty and a handful of people were standing right outside the main gate. No one is even allowed to enter the main building.The good side is that things move pretty smoothly, no rush, no parking issues, no long queues, no haphazard movements. Overall its calm and peaceful nowadays.

A nice airport, one of the busiest of Pakistan. Good lay out. Some shops with over priced goods are there. Though have some good lounges and cafes. No free WiFi though.The WORST part is the immigration staff. Lethargic, illiterate and not understanding. Seems like coming from stone ages. Systems not working is a norm here. They have so many irrelevant and irritating questions and seems to enjoy giving passengers tough time just for fun. Even being a Pakistani, we want to avoid them imagine how a foreigner would feel. They need to look into this.The airline counter staff issuing boarding passes are also very narrow minded, not willing to help anyone.

Well the airport was clean and nice but coordination between departments and work sop was not at all clear. It took ages to clear immigration and boarding counters. All departing must come well in time and with loads of patience.

Nice place, easy to excess terminals, used to be a hub to central asia, middle east and europe, it was the first modern airport built in Pakistan back in mid 90s, its always a pleasure to be there.

Airport is neat and clean and Well managed in out system.But a lot to improve the interior and public used area.

Traveled from karachi to lahore and back and I have been to other airports of Pakistan as well and I must say Karachis Jinnah International Airport is one of the best airports of Pakistan.

The Airport is very beautiful but why no discipline & non SOP following during boarding process! Moreover, airlines must have atleast one vacant seat in every three seats, which is not being followed by any local airline.

If you compare Jinnah International Airport with other foreign countries airport, you will feel that you went ten years back, old counters, old equipments and uneducated employees. You should learn to speak Urdu otherwise you cannot manage yourself

Well The airport is fine but it doesnt look like an airport of countrys biggest city.A lot of improvement is required.Parking fee is 90 PKR minimum.I heard that cab services do not appreciate Uber or Careem .Food stuff is extremely costly inside airport.But thank God . It has MacDonald in parking area.Washrooms are fair but as I told earlier that there is huge capacity of improvement.

Its an airport of international standard although small. Services are satisfactory barring the behaviour of some staff members.

Small causeway from aeroplane to main wing, dirtier ghan before. Seems no proper soap cleaning has never been done. Dull color paled out. Needs clean fresh air and some perfumed air as it feels stale and contained building. It needs to be sparkling clean. Service desks of CAA and FIA are destroyed almost. A lot of work needs to be done. However all the processes of exit and entry are far far better and faster than anywhere in world. Its a small airport but does good work.

Its an old airport in the world because no development till its function first. All airport working peoples are not cooperating. I have 3rd experience still disappointed.

We can find everything good here except the behaviour of some officials on duty. This is kinda a good standard airport of Pakistan and also the older one. They have maintained it in a good way but need to be anxiety free and easy space for travellers. Karachi has different exposure because of being biggest city of Pakistan. So people comes and go frequently for thier business meetings, seminars, expos, media industry engagements and many others. Worst COVID 19 Protocols witnessed ever, majority of staff dont wear masks even upon asking and constant announcements, it seems protocols only applied on travellers. Government should take note of it and impose strict rules for staff

Jinnah International can use a little more manpower to keep it clean. We can employee more better electronic and smart ways for security checks and customs, rather than using Men in uniforms, holding guns and staring down hard at passengers travelling thru, making them uncomfortable and discouraging them for any future travels thru the airport unless its necessary. Immigration counters needs more modren equipments and smart looking sharp officers, rather than slow and lazy persons at the helms. Remember, an airport, its condition, the services provided and the staff working is the first impression people get whenever they travel thru. The better the services, the more passengers you will have, which means more revenue

This airport was built when I was a kid and then later I used to visit it on Saturdays to quench my thirst in hot 40 degree Celcius summer afternoons on my way back from school. This airport is still in good condition and is one of the busiest airports in Pakistan. There are a lot of options to reach there through taxis and public transport and they have a nice security and parking area.It was really nice to arrive at the airport after few years and recall some childhood memories.

Much better nowadays in Corona times. Public should be more careful and follow the guidelines.

Unbelievable!! Only hours after the hardest rain I have ever experienced in Karachi, I drove up to the Jinnah International at 0330, and full marks to whosoever had made the effort to clear the main arteries!! Had seen a couple of Police vehicles patrolling on the water-logged roads in DHA, and these were there on Shahrah-e-Faisal also. Just as one saw city workers doing a clean-up in some areas!!

Best Quality Construction of Airport by the French Company in 1992.You can Find Macdonalds,Rehmat-e-Shireen 3 branches,butlers Chocolate,dunkin donuts, and some very high Quaility good taste Eateries.

Jinnah international Airport is nice & clean. We came by qatar air from doha on 30th September. The behavior of security s , immigration staff good. But I want to say about CUSTOM DEPARTMENT . We had to fill up some declaration form so talk to costom officers . The all staff including seniors are efficient , cooperative , and fast. Officers they protect us too. Hope rest staff follow them.

Its a busy airport but they have not maintained it properly. Very less shops for food and quality of food is really bad. If you have to wait there spend more than an hour, it is really hectic.

One of the best airports in Pakistan. It’s spacious, cosy, sound and comfortable. Like any international airport it has all the facilities for local duty free shopping and restaurants to grab a bite.The mosque is very beautiful, kept very neat and clean with proper and spacious area for performing wuzu. The large window side of the mosque faces the west where one can enjoy the serene sunset round the year.The waiting area for all classes are great, lounges with comfy seats and all facilities.However they just need to install the hotel/sleeping pod facility for passengers with long lay over in the flights.

Too much security checks several times they do checks similarly immigration checks your pass port several times till you reach the aircraft seems the security and immigration both are not sure of their procedures and does not trust their own collegues who have done checks
