Had a chance to visit Chai Bhaitak.. first of all what catches my eyes was the exterior of the location. very attractive and colorful..we ordered this chicken tikka sanwich. it was good in taste and very cheesy.main thing was Kashmiri Chai. it was nice and very yummy with good amount of dry fruits in it. and also good in cost..this place deserve a visit

I usually sit there sometimes with a friend whos lives nearby. This is located on the main street so convenient for having tea and snacks inside the car. Otherwise they have sitting arrangements as well. Their tea is good but other items like rolls, sandwiches etc. are average. Pricing is normal though.

Place is comparatively cool and calm then other Chai-Places. Price is also OK... not very expensive

The only good thing is you can loiter as much as you can.. This place is full of dirt, Chai is the only thing you should opt. But to be honest you should avoid that too..I had to drink due to my occasional meetings here. But I do not recommend this place at all.

They are giving just 2 pieces on name of pratha. Very pathetic place.

Good place to have baithak with friends and enjoy tea. Kashmiri chai is good. Doodh patti tasted like sada chai. Paratha and roll tasted good. Sitting is at road side. For families they separate sitting arrangement.

Great food and environment

Really friendly place with great staff and even better food! Chicken cheese largara is a must try

Good space to hangout at dinner. Dar Chinni is a new item to try. They have cleverly used Blue strips light at the sitting space edges to give fun look for hangout. It stays active till late night.

Do NOT order malai paratha, ever! Everything else is pretty good. Chai is decent. Must visit.

This is a good place to have tea they have very delicious tea available the location is perfect, they are open till late at night. The tea flavours they have are absolutely amazing, the only negativity I felt was there is no place inside the restaurant for families, all the seats are arranged outside if it’s raining like it was raining last night then there is a problem with families to enjoy the tea. The flavour I enjoyed is the cardimon and Dar cheene tea.

U can have a good tea and partition is placed if ur going with female friends or family and they have a very nice cheese paratha and bbq paratha too

It offers best chai and paratha in town.

Nice place to sit and have tea, but what if you want something to eat with chai ? And you might want to buy it from outside? So ... No food from outside is allowed. Thats why 2 stars. Because there are other pathans hotel which allows you to sit long and have anything.I will never visit this place again.
