The overall atmosphere and decoration is observed nicely except management and the staff as are not conscious to customers. It could be improved. The staff is unnecessarily talkative with customers. The only requirement to improve is to train ground staff. Some vulgar activities are seen often which are not acceptable to decent customers. The staff is somehow not attentive. They must give respect to important individuals. Moreover staff should not interact with customers as many of them are busy shaking hands with new customers which is avoidable. Hence many options to improve services.

A cafe as it should be which means its not a fine dinning spot.Nice loud music, ambience, food, everything goes awesome in the package. And you can have shisha served as well.

A very good and decent place to go and hangout with friends or even if u want to have some alone time. Food is of good quality a bit pricey but the environment if very good and good seatings. One of the best place to just sit and relax and enjoy with your friends. They also serve sheesha

Emm, had a great experience of visiting there, found some different environment, quality of food was good, awesome to feel as you get in with the crowd of welcoming colourful lights. It’s in Karachi Pakistan but looks like abroad somewhere else lol

It used to be my favorite most cafe but after new management it sucks badly. last two visit experience was so bad.I used to go there very frequently but after bad experience of last two visit I stopped going there. today after long break of weeks I went there and it was remain disappointing, service was awful literally illiterate ill mannered staff pathatic service sofas and tables are in bad condition,somehow taste of food still acceptable but not like before, songs collection was also pathetic. wish you guys not just read it but improve standards
