The building is designed very well

This lift isnt functional some times. Also the Google Maps navigation will send you on a left road right after CBM. Dont take that - it will ruin your car. Take the next left (when driving from CBM towards Bol) that goes to Inspiration School (its a big gray building). Thatll get you to this building better.

The offices are very well constructed. Theres a cafeteria on the top floor which is open during the office hours and serves good food

Its a very nice and lively place located on Main Korangi Creek Area, Karachi. The premises consist of ground plus four story building and the same has taken over by Indus Hospital on rental basis.

The building has the offices of major health NGOs of Pakistan, including IRD, GHD, IHN, TIH.There is a cafeteria on 6th floor which serves average tasting but hygienic lunch at affordable prices between 12pm-3pm on weekdays, and snacks during office times.The elevator does not accommodate more than 5 healthy individuals at any one time and breaks down often due to misuse by people.
