Very Bad experience 1.5 ton kenwood Heat and Cool bought march 2019 got coil leak within 2 month ......repaired by own as Repair take 1 month as per person visited from repair center.....same sold in 5000 only as scrap June 2020.Second AC invertor Heat and cool 1 ton invertor bought on my sale manager recommendation as he said new model arrived with new shape but got same inner coil leak within 4 months within warranty... Now Repair team suggest me to bring your unit to our shop as to repair your new Kenwood new model 1 ton invertor AC.Never recommend Kenwood product its material seems Sub standard.

Dear kenwood management,I bought your inverter split AC last year. Now I’m facing issues with it. I called your helpline and they sent a representative who didn’t do anything but asked for visiting charges. I would like kenwood to have at least a drop of shame that a customer is having issues with your appliance and instead of having a mindset to resolve customer complaints, your personnel is more concerned with SOPs. Shame on your corporate culture. I don’t think I can ever buy a kenwood appliance ever again. My complaint number is 425823-KHI4-6982

Be aware of purchasing KEG 1822S we bought it from saleem electronics in larkana and from the first day it had no gas and the compressor was not working it had been 10 days they are checking it regularly but not exchanging it with the new one. Highly not recommended.

Hi, I bought a Kenwood AC worth 84,000. From Al Munawwar Electronics (The guy named Imran who sold it to us), The shop is located at Ayesha Manzil, he told us that theyre Authorized Dealers of Kenwood.But right after buying and installing it for the first time, AC was faulty and didnt cool not even for a single second. Kenwood guys came and checked it and found a problem. And said it needs to be changed. And today, when the guy who was supposed to change, had broken our brand new AC (Indoor).It got scratched badly, And the guys who came from Kenwood were highly unprofessional. And now trying to give us the same scratched AC, when they have the policy to change the AC if they find anything faulty in a New AC. Please never ever buy Kenwood, I ended up Wasting my 84,000 rupees!

Beware before purchasing Kenwood or R&I products. Their product quality and support is very bad.Here are details of the issue I am facing:I have purchased this split AC on 14 May 2018 and gas leakage was occurred after one month. I launched complaint many time and ask help line to connect me to their supervisor but no one was listening.After launch of this complain, I received this text:DEAR SABIH.Your Complaint no is : 324005-KHI-3-5-16244 for A.C. Here is true picture of Kenwood Pakistan.Dear FB Friends don’t complain else they will delete your comment and will block you from adding any more comments. They did the same to my other account when I raised my complaint regarding their customer service and quality of products. Instead of reaching out to me and get my issue resolved, they deleted my comments. However I will continue to raise awareness on these companies who do not have any ethics in business and fail to stand behind their products. I am creating a website and social media pages for consumers protection where consumers can share their reviews on products so others can benefit and take good decisions when buying stuff.Extremely frustrated with the quality of service from your company. Complaint 19070 launched on may 22nd and today is June 2nd. Still unit is out of commission and not fixed.Second unit went out of commission on May 31 and complaint launched under 19263. Still no response from your service center. Was that a mistake to chose kenwood units over others? I have 6 units installed less then a year ago. Really frustrating?Updated June 4, 2018Well friends here is another unprecedented exploration about Kenwood CS. I called in to CS on Saturday to find out status of my complaints. CSR I spoke to said he has not received an update from service center therefore he is escalating the issue on both complaints. I reminded him that you claim all complaints are attended between 24-48 hours and he reaffirmed yes that’s the case however that is 24-48 business hours. When I asked him what that means and he explained that if a service center works 9.30-4.30 mon to sat then each day is counted as 8 hours and therefore if a complaint is launched on a Friday, it can take up to following Friday when a tech can even show up to check the problem. Bravo Kenwood. And R and I for such an excellent CS. And friends my humble advise don’t think once or twice but several times before you buy a Kenwood.June 4 12.30 pm. Kenwood have barred me of making any comments on their FB page or send and message through their website. I got a call from service center that they will pick the units today and want to collect 1900 rupees first for transportation and service call. Great people. They are taking away two brand new units to repair which are under warranty and worth over 100000 yet their concern is to collect the charges first. This is indeed WOW Customer service.Dear Friends . And the ordeal continues. After several attempts to repair the unit at workshop and at location, the unit failed again on July 7. No one at the company bothers. Service is terrible. If you dont want to waste money and want to save yourself from hassle, my recommendation is not to buy ANY KENWOOD PRODUCT. I will try to reach out to Kenwood UK to cancel the license of RNI. If anyone wish to share their experience please add to this comment.

My A.C is with them for a month now for warranty claim, if i would have given to a local mechanic they would have fixed it at max in two days, highly disappointed by Kenwood, a well reputed brand of giving their brand to such lousy service providers

Warranty claim manager blackmailing for money because otherwise warranty claim ll be cancelled, and company helpline telling me that 2years warranty which is written on card is not right, actually our policy is 1 year. what a joke

Worst Experience please dont purchase anything branded with Kenwood as we bought it one Fridge with guarantee and Warantee its been only 4 month its not cooling furthermore material used was not as per standard we hardly use it once we called Kenwood Call Centre typical Pakistani answer guarantee for parts only 3 months

Always check the internals of the AC before buying it. The unit which I got had its vanes damaged. Ofcourse, I found about this later on like 3 months when I decided to clean the air filters. The remote provided is also pathetic China made and after 2 years, it is totally malfunctioning.
