Furniture order and delivery dates need to be discussed with staff. Sometimes they dont have a fresh furniture available so you need to wait a few days after ordering it.

Over rated and over priced. I shop from Ikea in UK and am shocked to see a few of the items 3 times the price ! the display is very attractive and very polite staff but....i have stopped buying from Habit because of ovet pricing.

Its a good place for furniture and stuff. The good part is most of the items are available here you can actually feel look of the thing you are planning to buy. You can also get great ideas on how to setup up your place with furniture and as well as the lighting and color scheme that will suit. You can take a photograph if you are planning to make something similar and custom, because people think habitt is expensive so the showroom helps in copying the design.

Worst experience regarding staff attitude.I bought 3 bed set with accessoriesThey send my stuff in evening with out getting them assembledI called around 50 times in the next morning to send the labour to assemble my bed sets they were like we will send them but no one bothers and then again after huge complains they send the labour who dont know how to assemble them I am highly dissatisfied with their extreme irresponsible attitude

I purchased home furniture including very expensive table for 6 and sofa set for 7 two years back. I have few visitors and yet the furniture is all broken, dismantling like it was purchased decades back.As against Habbit we got furniture for wedding from Kalamkaar 12 years back. Its still good. And my parents purchased their shadi furniture 40 years back from International Furniture. Still in excellent condition.I hope Habbit is more responsible.

Good home accessories but a bit expensive

Habitt furniture is of terrible quality. The dining table set that cost me rs. 85000 ended up being made of such terrible material that 3 of my chairs cracked right down the middle of the wooden frame! Also they took my chairs for repair and then poof! Disappeared! No information whatsoever! Said they would bring them back by saturday but its tuesday!Then they sold outdoor furniture to me which couldnt withstand one rain and when i went to ask them what i should do they said the set wasnt meant to be kept outdoors all the time!! What does that even mean?!?!? Outdoor furniture which should be kept indoors mostly??What pathetic custoner service!I bought so much from there and belive me never again! Terrible and disappointing experience.I would recommend spending a little.more at a better place. Please dont go for the price. The quality is really quite poor and the customer service is really frustrating!
