Building center is a three floor building owned by IBL Group. There are shops of dunkin donuts. Tarzz as well as habitt store which are also owned by the ibl group. The building itself is beautifully crafted and is a gem to visit. There are a few banks on the outskirts of the building. The bank is located off shara e Faisal and close to the city center and accessible from all parts of the city. There is private parking but outsiders will have an issue with parking as it is on the service road which is usually very crowded.

Its a good place for those who want to construct buildings and are looking for easily good building materials. It also h as a very big Dunkin Donut and Mirchili Restaurant which serve desi dishes. It also had Habitt, a comprehensive home store. Ample underground parking, clean toilets and disabled persons access us also some of the plus points.
