Sent a Persian carpet for cleaning. After the cleaning the carpets colour completely changed. All whites and light colors had changed to yellow. The entire carpet was left with a unpleasant yellow tint and the carpet was completely ruined. Would never recommend getting and expensive Afghan or Persian carpet cleaned at this place. If so do it at your own risk as they will deny any wrongdoing and leave you with just a ruined carpet. Extremely disappointed in their service
