If you are planning on using their tiles in your project, then you need to purchase the tiles at least a month before you even begin. I have been visiting their flagship emporiums for a week now and I have visited each one of them in Karachi. Each time I visit they are unable to tell me the availability of any item displayed on the store. The staff told me that their system is down. I visited repeatedly and called everyday to check if their system came back online,. But it didnt. I mean what kind of business is this that you have a store, staff, a factory, and you are unable to even take a customers order? Very disappointed by the mismanagement, which I guess is not the fault of the staff and the sales people. They did try their best but were unable to take orders. For a whole week? I am not sure if we should wait any more, I didnt want to use the cheap tiles but I guess I will have to get something from Golimar instead, at least they know what they have in their inventory.

Poor Customer Service ,, less staff at showroom . After 40 minutes of wait staff told that selected item is out of stock

I am writing this review for there newly opened store at 26th Street. Very well decorated showroom with good variety.BUT NO PARKING SPACEBefore finalising the deals please note and keep in writing, i suggest to take pic of the product where the PRICE is prominent, to avoid any confusion when finalising the deal, along with what they are offering.This I am suggesting after my experience, where i saw the products as well the additions /discounts and when i came after two days, there were some issues and I have to pay extra Rs. 4 K.Service etc is good, even they honoured some breakages etc.OVER ALL EXPERIENCE IS GOOD.
