Got there 10am. No lines and peaceful. Helpful gentleman behind the desk answered all my questions in fluent English. There are dozen ppl just hanging outside the establishment. Laying down, lounging and smoking. Didnt like the atmosphere outside. Felt safe inside though.

Poor performance staff is not capable of solving customers technical problems. Management has tried to make it one window operation but there is old days behavior of keep customers in trouble. Need lots of improvement no charging kiosk available.

Nice but little crowded. Humble staff to take care of you. Credit cards are not acceptable. Please arrange to provide credit cards and debit cards facility to customers. All over is very good environment.

Have my landline phone out of order since 2 and half month, wanted to check the status but in vain. Complaint no. 81 dated 19.06.2018. Finally on 05.09.2018, my phone has been restored.
