Horrid experience with their brand Zaha. They have no exchange policy! And the quality of workmanship and material is shoddy at best. Buttons falling apart, tacky embellishments that can be easily picked up from the local market, terrible stitching, and incorrect measurements on their website. Oh and don’t bother giving feedback! Their customer service would be better fit for a frigid catholic school management than an “aspiring” global brand. They don’t really want to hear back anything from you.I tried through their social media outreach and boy was I in for a surprise.Also most other reviews are by professionally paid bloggers/ so called guides! So BEWARE! I’m an actual, erstwhile customer!

I ordered some clothes from their website in December for which I made the payment also. I havent received it till now and there is no one replying on their helpline.
