Very poor service i shoping online alkaram studio karachi my order Number is AK100419231 dated 14/7/2020 but yet not ship kindly advise what i do also they dont pick my call what a compny i dont explain.
I went to exchange my suit which I bought a day b4.which Alkaram store declined by saying bc of COVID 19 we hv stopped exchange policy.instead of being more helpful they were rude. I m so surprised that they hardly hv customers, receipt Says it’s 30 day exchange and they declined exchange.they hv no respect for them selves.
