Well i dont know much about the book store just that it is my kids school authorised store from where we buy the yearly course of our kids and mostly they have all the required books one wants to buy for kids.
These guys have been exploiting their monopolistic position due to sole designated books and stationary dealer of the schools. Unfriendly customer services and adverse after sales attitude.
