Very unprofessional, dont adhere to commitment for work, its like after market shop with employees having i dont care attitude. A bumper replacement order took 2 months, bumper paint job took 1 week.

Dirty office and waiting area. Staff had to be told to install basic items like antenna and wheel caps. Plus, the car was not clean from the inside at delivery. Margalla motors is much better in comparison.

Sales staff lacks professionalism. Very casual attitude in attending a customer or any potential buyer. Showroom was not clean and there were layers of dust on the furniture.Workshop is no different.

Average service which you can except from suzuki brand. I sent my car of service and they lost my car mates after follow up of two months i succeed to get the new mates from them. Be aware when sending your car to this agency.

As Salam O Alaikum,I purchased wagon R VXR from north motors. Wagon R is a very nice car and very smooth drive but The north motor dealer ship is not reliable. They are not valve the customer. They give me a zero meter pillar damage car. Please it’s a request to you if you purchase any car from Suzuki north inspect it very very care fully. I will prefer IG Suzuki motor is the best and they worth your money and time.North motor sai apnay risk pe car laina dosto is k sales officer ek number k jhotay hai Kisi pe relay nahi krna.

Biggest fraud I have ever encountered. They sold me a suzuki certified car saying it was completely original and I made the biggest mistake by trusting them. Turned out one side of the car was completely re-painted and had touch ups on atleast 5 places. They even replaced the tyres with second hand chinese tyres. Please dont EVER buy anything from them.
