Good infrastructure but very bad rooms and very poor room service.not worth the price insects are in the rooms. water dripping from celling . light issue . wifi is not great.

If you are planning for one night stay theyll charge you around 4000 rs. Including pick and drop + room with attached bathroom + AC + TV. For food you have to pay extra. Environment is eco friendly.Overall service is good but not extraordinary as compared to charges.

I was stayed in Room # D 118, the situation of wash room was very pethatic, leakage from shower area was disturbing while using W.C.There was T.V available in room if I dont wring the model is around 20 years past and also was not in order.Management need to look the matter of cleaning and maintenance.The way of serving the breakfast also not understandable as the was served to us in water jugs.If this the idea of PIA then which is now a days is behaving with the employees of PIA they deserve it to kick out.

Only PIA staff stays there, because they are told to do so. Thai says a lot about a lost opportunity called Airport Hotel. Can and should have been be managed better.

Washroom and rooms are not good but meals good and affordable

Management is ok, they still believe on manual work and didnt have any hotel management system, staff dont obey management, due the concept of government job.

Very poor condition, rooms and toilet condition are very bad. Bugs (Katmal) and Chapkali are available in a big numbers. Very bad experience of my life to stay only one night. In future no idea to stay in this hotel.

Well, it was a free night stay on transit, from FSD—>JED. It was average to below average experience, and to be honest I couldn’t expect more from PIA.

Thier Dining hall is best for 200 people.

Was home at some point in 2006, taxi service guys family made our stay easier, Roni and his dad went out of way to make us comfortable, so if anyone knows them, say hi from the Kenyan PIA crew ️️️

Lovely old hotel from British era

Spend a day ,rest everything was fine but salty water with low pressure no towels no sleepers and no inter com .

One and only hotel under management of PIA to cater his passengers in order to accommodate in case of any contigency but usually used by outside customers. Grassy area/ Lawn is well maintained and D category rooms are enough spacious and organized while the single and double occupancy rooms are pathetic rather wastage of money. Needs alot of improvement in almost all rooms to reconstruct or renovate those.

This is the worst hotel I visited in my life....the room is very dirty..... stinky....when you open the water in the bathroom a horrible smell coming out....restaurant is disgusting...for breakfast they even dont ask you what you like or self service...they just put something one you table....I wish to have the 0 or negative stars option...this is what they deserve....

Stayed here in transit to Jeddah. Flight by PIA.This hotel is widespread.You may have to walk 10-15mins to your room.You receive your key but there is no towel in your room, remote control for aircond or hot water to drink.When the staff comes with an item requested, you have to tip them.Many people will be waiting for you to carry your luggage.If you carry them on your own, they will follow you to your room,requesting for tips.I will NEVER ever come to this place again.

Attended a birthday party there last week. Was coming there after a long time, and its still the same. They need to make improvements.

Just a good place for those who has connecting flights and PIA offered them as part of the package.

Being the only National Airlines only hotel in a metropolitan City it should be more attractive and needs more concentration, Airport Hotel is located on one of the prime location of Karachi. This hotel must be not more then 3 stars on category of Hotels chart.

As the PIA mentions its an economy hotel, it is very true. The room and the restroom was clean and staff was helpful.

I visited here in case of flight schedule changed by pia rooms were not clean but were good for waiting for flight food was good given at lunch tea break and dinner by pia it was all free of cost by pia as per their mistake

The stay was provided by the PIA, for stay and other services this was OK.But the issue was at 6:30PM they sprayed some pesticides/chemicals for dengue/other purpose. The person didnt checked in the guests washrooms and sprayed inside.I was there and barely breathe at that time.At least they should warn or mention the spray timings before time or at least check the closed places to avoid any accident.

Had no choice in this hotel as it is transit hotel for PIA airline. I was flying from Islamabad-Karachi-Toronto. The Airport Hotel lobby is OK. Check in was quick. The room was totally a mess. Smelly room, dirty bathroom, dirty floor, no air-conditioning remote, Broken door, broken walls, beds were not clean. It was totally a poor hotel and all international flight guests were complaining. The staff expect to be tipped.

Near to Airport thats the only advantage

No soup in washroom, washroom was dirty(tissue was stuck inside flush) ,no taste of food, n didnt tea r coffee service in room, totally discomforted there with my kids.i missed breakfast as i dont know the exact time and no recall for breakfast, my daughter was hungry i went to food court n ask something and they said me to wait for lunchtime, my little kid was in room n i cant wait for lunch, so i asked them for tea n then they gave me and i took it to my room..... Totally upset stay there....

It is free hotel offered by Pakistan International Airline, for its passenger incase of missed/delayed flights at Jinnah International Airport Karachi.Hotel is called Skyrooms Airport Hotel, it is quiet a big hotel. Not sure about cheap or expensive but I would only choose it in future if I am desperate to find a place to crash for a night.Along with stay there was free pick and drop to and from hotel to Jinnah Internationl Airport. Although porters helped to load unload but their expectations were high for tip.There was complementary breakfast as well. Which was eggs, bread and jam with tea. Staff was not very helpful, as they can provide any tissues or napkins.Room I had was spacious with clean bed sheets. But rest of the room needed desperate attention. Notably stained carpet and chair, stuck toilet door, faulty toilet bulb and dripping taps.I prefered going out exploring in 38 degrees than stay in room.

Not a very clean place, the restaurant is an old looking not clean and food is hardly hot. It’s more like a gharib khana then a restaurant, room furniture is old and dirty, water is too salty from wells.

Airport Hotel is near Jinnah Terminal. I went to visit a friend. Hotel looks like army barack, wide spread in area, old styled walls, restaurant and lobby.Room condition was poor, two small beds, very small TV fixed on wall like middle class salons have TVs in their salons.It has balcony to see same hotel from 10-12 feet up.Tea was in nominal charges.Waiters were fine not impressive.

Worse roach motel and food service.

The staff at reception has rude attitude.Rooms were dirty, bed were broken, carpets were foul smelling and bathrooms were just seems in the room, You can smell it for whole night.But the dining is on its peak. The dining staff was well disciplined. Food was good.
