I deposited some amount today & forgot to take the change back.The teller has not yet called me to inform me. I called Helpline and the person was so rude & hung up. I just wanted to know Khayaba e Hafiz branch #. Eventually I got the # but as usual, lines are busy all the time. What a terrible service.
Services are too slow. Although they try to help but the branch is in severe need of staff. Ive applied for an account and was assured that will be contacted in 2-3 days to receive my account number but still in vain. Now trying to contact the branch but no number is listed with ptcl help desk.feeling stranded.
Modern, spacious, & clean branch. Has a cash deposit kiosk as well. Staff & service is better than what one would find at other HBL branches.
Sometimes, I saw, it is quite crowded and seating capacity is not a enough for waiting customer. Floor Management is not considered as part of customer services.
Excellent bank no issues with banking with them
No one answers the phone at this branch, and it is an uphill task to obtain even a simple thing like a bank statement from them. Very bad service indeed!
