Poor Customer Services. CSR dont even know how to behave and Ive seen them myself the phone keeps on ringing and they try to avoid taking phone calls moreover they never care what the customer issue is all they do is 80% chitchat (with each other) and 20% work and that is also if someone reminds them they are on job and customers are waiting. Useless Customer representatives

Entrance to the stair way is mostly smelly. Their office is on the first floor. Customer service is quite slow. During the rush hours or at crowded time, you can find yourself testing your patience.Lahore office has way better and quicker customer service.
