I usually dont give 5* to any product or services at first....I Had been visiting VINCE SALOON for last 2 years or more.I trust them not for facial e.t.c but for makeup as well.And yes the lady (owner of the saloon) is the Hair expert or more I say she is a hair ENCYCLOPEDIA.She entirely changes the outlook by styling your hair.Either its a cut, style or color.

A bad experience again. I booked an appointment at vince salon of 3 Pm. I arrived early as i was told to be on timebut when I arrived there the person who had to give me service was not there. She just left and no one there knew when she’ll be back. After sometime when she answered our call she said it’ll take half an hour. But it took more and she came after an hour. After that i got my haircut and a blowdry. While they were doing it there owner told them to help someone else .. leaving me with my half blow dried hairs. I waited an WHOLE HOUR! Asking the staff if they could finish my service and all i got was giggels and a reply that yes mam just a min. After a long time they finally finished it. The worst past is that they haven’t change as last time i came the same happened. The haircut was good but the service was really bad. I got a haircut and a blow dry in 4 hours and i left at 7..
