No one to guide you properly. No one cooperated. In the end, had to leave the place without any information and feeling frustrated. Very bad experience.

I wish I could give this salon negative stars! We had one of the worst experience at this salon! We had 5 party makeup and hair appointments booked from Canada for our brothers wedding in Karachi. The appointment was at 3pm, when we came to the salon at 2:40pm ( 20 minutes early, as we are from Canada so we know the importance of punctuality), we were told that they cannot start taking us until 6pm!!! That there is 3 hours wait time! Like are you kidding me??? What’s the point of booking an appointment way in advance with 50% deposit, when you tell your clients there is 3 hours wait time?? As it was our family event, we didn’t have time to waste, we wanted to be at the venue ON TIME! We took our deposit and left the salon extremely agitated and disappointed! Got home and did the makeup ourselves and we did not regret the decision one bit, we got to the hotel on time before the guests arrived, Alhamdullilah! Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service! They have no regard of other people’s time! These people try so hard to be white-washed and westernized but they have no idea about the basic principles these western countries run on, for example time management and great customer service! I left comments on their Instagram but they delete the negative feedbacks so quickly, so don’t be fooled by their social media hype! I would never ever recommend this salon to anyone!

Honestly don’t understand why people go crazy after Sara Salon! Very very unprofessional!!! The staff is very rude, and Sara herself doesn’t even make it on time, my sister’s event starts at 2 and she reached at 12 as they asked her and told her she’ll be done right before 2, it was 2.30 and Sara wasn’t even there. Apparently she was stuck somewhere. Do not recommend at all.

Hey. I definitely expected much more from the place. Booked them all the way from U.S for my big day on aug 4, 2019 with so many expectations. I only found 2 girls there that were actually friendly, one who did my waxing and one who did my meni pedi. On the other hand, there was one girl that told me she couldn’t do my eyebrows cz they weren’t grown enough. While the last time i got them done was 3-4 weeks ago. My khala had to yell at them for me to get proper treatment for my makeup day. The makeup itself was very nice and flawless but when someone pays so much for the makeup and the services they expect to be treated well. They should really hire or train staff to treat the brides well.

Staff is extremely rude and they do not coordinate amongst themselves. I went for my bridal services and badly regret it. The lady did facial without asking if I have any allergies or any issues with my skin. She just applied products on my face and didn’t answer any of my questions. My skin is all ruined now with worst scarring and scars on my neck. Worst and overly priced salon to go to for any services!

We should give them zero star. They are rude as hell. 70 thousand rupees for bridal and valima make up, its insane even salons in usa charge 35 thousand rupees. This salon is a shame.
