Absolutely god awful customer service. The first time I attended the lady doing my manicure did a massage which cause my fingers to get bruised. It was very stressful and painful. Regardless, because my mother frequents the salon I decided to give it another shot. When I got there they just made me sit for half an hour - there had been some confusion with the appointment time. They told me 2.30 but when I got there after 15 minutes of waiting they said it’s 3 pm. Before I started my treatment they told me the charges were 9000. After my treatment was complete they insisted that due to a price change it was now 9500.Considering the amount of money spent here I would not recommend visiting. It was quite a stressful experience which is not what you go to a salon for. Having said that they lady who did my facial was great and did it extremely well.

This is not the first time that I got my haircut from this particular pengs outlet. Last was in 10th Jan & now again in 24th Oct.. Both the experience turned out fully satisfied and amazing.. Recent haircut was given by Rani and I absolutely love it.. I took a longbob. She had good communication skills which kept me accompany. She tried her best to keep me satisfied by discussing what she is doing and how can I manage my haircut on daily basis. Moreover she guided me with some other basic hair treatments as my hair got pretty weak over the months. Most importantly they are following all covid Sops.Note: I dont have any good pictures. But trust me the haircut looks amazing..
