Good staff but owner is not available mostly

Staff couldn’t put nail polish properly. She missed out corner of the nail.She used tissue to wipe her hands then used same tissue to dry my hands. Very weird for me.After hair wash, she put the wet towel on my shoulders during blow dry. My shirt got little wet. Why couldn’t she use new towel.small details matter!!!

Overall great experience. Services are really good. Cleanliness, parlour decor and ambience is too good. Staff is really friendly and professional. The owner herself is a nice lady and addresses the customers queries well.

I was in karachi for 5 days and was looking to get a pamper sesh in. Read reviews on this and decided to give it a shot. The first day I went there for a mani/pedi and was very impressed. Decided to go the next day and was very well taken care of. Sadaf was very helpful and gave me tips on how to take care of my skin after I leave. Sadia, nausheen and sidra were very nice. Definitely a must!!

Body massage was good but I got lvl (lash perm with length etc) but it was like throwing away my money since it didnt change anything. I paid 5000 for actually nothing. Just game them my money. I got an appointment with sadaf and she wasnt available either. Bad experience with lvl!! But massage was good

They gave me face polish and facial later that evening my skin began to go all red n by night I had a swollen face and puffy eyes I complained n went to show my face one of the ladies in the staff said nothing happened because of the facial they put some mask n ice which obviously didnt work out I have been taking anti allergy since that day the redness n swelling has reduced but eyes r still a bit puffy my skin has gone super dry n feels like its burnt. Im never ever going to this place again.
