If you’re new to Karachi or need somewhere to stay look no further - this hotel has everything!! For a solo female traveller from England - I had an extremely pleasant stay and would love to come here again without a doubt! Modern, clean, and furnished to an exceptional standard! Couldn’t fault anything.From the politeness and hospitality of the hotel staff and how they go the extra mile just to look after their guests really shows up. A huge mention to Saqib Nazeer who was so down to earth, very knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure I was okay. You’ll feel completely safe, comfortable and assured a great sleep in such a lovely room, with all the amenities you could possibly ask for. If you stay at this hotel you’re guaranteed to have an amazing trip.It’s located in central Karachi, so you have access to all the nearby tourist places. The shopping mall is directly across the street - location wise it’s convenient and definitely cost-affective as it’s well within budget and worth your money.Don’t give this hotel a miss, it’s no less than PC or if not, then better!!I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I’ll definitely be back again!

I was going to give this place 4 stars but what they did to us on the last night was unbelievable.We couldn’t get on our flight at 2am in the morning, we returned to the hotel 2 hours later we had no other option we wanted to use the same room that we had already paid for but they said we could not. They charged us twice for the same night even though it was only for a few hours.The greed & downright lack of compassion for vulnerable tourists was extremely disappointing.The rooms are generally clean but we never had hot water in both rooms we used it was always cold, we mentioned this but nothing was done. In room wifi is also weak.

Very nice international standard hotel.. Staff was courtious and helpful.. Nice rooms.. Clean crisp bedding.. Squeaky clean bathrooms..however the night morning we were leaving there was no hot water to bath

Bathroom stinks for some reason, we had 3 rooms booked and they all had the same problem. No car park, either.
