A good family picnic resort where you can avail multiple facilities like , cinema, mini zoo, roller skating and many more. But remember everything comes with a cost so you need to bargain or negotiate before you decide the amount to be paid. The countryside chalet management should deploy one person who can take care of the cleanliness and other trivial requirement. Here you dont get a kitchen that if you want to heat your food or make tea you have to get it from their paid canteen. Overall the place is peaceful and calm and no far away from the city. The road to the resort is fine and hassle free. I recommend this place...

A wonderful place with a variety of entertaining options. Spent a fabulous night with uni friends. Played cricket, enjoyed boating, swimming and much more. You can find various types of birds and animals there. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Good place to spend quality time. Greenery, grass, flowers and a mini zoo with ample space to stretch and run around and get involved in the activities on offer. The rooms and pools need some maintenance though.

Most amazing part is boat riding. I went with my computer science department. Dining hall was also large enough with ACs. There is a large area divided in group of farm houses. A cricket ground having all grass with a cement pitch. Some horse are there for photography. A mini zoo having some animals. A Cinema with AC but picture quality was not satisfied. A canteen. Bicycles. A lake with boats to run manually which very enjoyable. Seating places are near by lake made on a height of 10+ feet good for rest. Indoor games are there. Over all its good for large gathering.

Comfortable place for a whole day picnic. Having a swimming pool, play are for kids and adults separately, small enough rooms having every necessary thing and and system. Best thing is there bathroom are clean.

Not invest on maintenance of the resort most of the assets of resort were in very poor condition.

I love this place , its so beautiful and full of life . THE FOOD THEY GIVE IS JUST AMAZING. the ambiance is well . the rooms were cleaned and bathrooms were maintained but ill still recommend you to keep your blankets because there blankets are not that clean. the pool was quite clear and water was at a fine temp. I love there animals but I hated the fact that there cages are full of trash and animals are always hungry. I adore the construction and the way how the farm is built. the movie cinema was also clean and well maintained. looking forward to visit more

Place has zero maintenance... And the chalet was filthy and there were numerous bugs and Beatles of various kinds.. Washroom was also very dirty

Azam farmhouse 2Very bad management and indoor games are in very bad condition and still 5000 Rs security deposit is required for these games which are not even in playable condition.Outside ground is very small not suitable for cricket. only good thing about this farmhouse is it is Clean and have large space inside with 5 rooms and 6 washrooms out of which 2 rooms are aor conditioned.

Its okay! Room are average. Only good thing is Cricket ground or maybe boating. Cinema is just a dull projector. Swimming pool water is not much clean. Food is average.

Place is okay. Near memon goth. Clean. Only 2 ground floor beds have ac. 1st floor 3 beds are without ac. Was booked on Saturday -Sunday from 6pm Saturday to 4Pm Sunday. Three generators but they restricted ac for ground floor for total 10 hours only. 5+5 Hours. Rent was fixed 60000 for 30 people which is very expensive. One indoor game area was not clean and was awfully adjusted with a little room filled with table tennis, snooker, daboo and hand football.No microwave except for one deep freezer on first floor. One led 40 inch with DTH channels.They also took 5,000 rs for security deposit and 1,500 nonrefundable for crockery (with plastic glass).I would not recommend this place in this very high expensive price. There are far better farmhouses on Superhighway that offer the same services in 10k.

The place is so good and beautiful but the management is totally opposite. They didnt maintain the zoo area tha nearly all the animals have died. The cinema has poor brightness and quality. Poor management but the place is beautiful.

Stayed there for 3 days.Friday to Sunday.Food tasted good.Rooms were clean, good air conditioning, spacious and affordable.Try to book the deluxe rooms as theyre bigger and can accommodate 4 people easily.

The place is nice and quite to have a nice get away from the hustle and bustle of Karachi City. The place is well managed and every bungalow has its own swimming pool. The is a featured Pond where you can ride the boats. The place offers a cinema as well where you can watch movies.

Had a good time there . They have managed much options like swimming pool and wide garden having some obsticles like see saw and they have kept a lot of parrots and animals for viewing problem is the club house they have made we went there there was a lot of Intruders there felt like no privacy I dont know why and how they were there the Gentry was clearly seemed to be free tourers without families which when you decide to go somewhere with family and spend money to have a private moments this kind of disturbance ruin everything our kids wanted to have rides on horses but with so much crowd we avoided everything I think the management should look over this matter real seriously but else was fine if you close the doors of club house you love it

Broken foosball tables. No doves now unlike last time. Broken boat. Broken chairs. Unfriendly staff. They are not maintaining as it requires.

I rate this farm house as one of the best, but in last few year conditions are not same as ever before.

Nice big place. Lots of greenery. Lots of activities. Good for families stay. Much better improvement since our last visit last year. Rooms need improvement in the rainbow rooms with regards to cleanliness. Hot water shld be given 24 hours.

Amazing place if your just want to cut off from the city life and spend sometime in serenity of nature. The staff is very helpful. They have good quality food. Chalets are very comfortable and clean. One of my favorite place to have a bonfire with friends and family. Love their lush green gardens and tree houses, they have recently made a bird sanctuary, a mini zoo which was a lot of fun to visit. Id definitely recommend this place for family/friends day out/night stay.

Very good farm house having a variety of birds to watch but there common area or club area is filled with disturbing village non related peoples club is full of obnoxious peoples who shouldnt be there for families sake when I visited there a cricket match was going with no booked family peoples but instead there were random nearby residents and they werent even listening us as we wanted to play too there shouldnt be any one there except for families why did we spent money for quality time and if we dont get it why should anybody go there then change this and you will get guest more often

Scenic place with a small lake and lots of greenery. Small zoo with snakes, monkeys, birds and horses etc.Important thing to note is that restaurant and cafe is not available 24x7 and there is no first aid facilities over there. Better to bring basic first aid kit with you.Rooms lack cleanliness and staff is very professional.

Good farm house

A nice and small farmhouse. It contained 3 bedrooms and a hallway. An outside garden and pool area. The pool was quite small, would only fit about 10 people maximum. They also had a small play area and a private zoo. Although the animals are kept in severely poor conditions which should be looked upon. In conclusion, with the price offered, it is convenient for a day stay preferably. I have give 1 more star for the price as it was quite low in comparison to other farmhouses.

Azam Farm house the worst place to visit in karachi. Extremely unfriendly and rude staff. AC problems is there, although at the time of booking they have told AC will work for 14 hrs, but when we reached here out of 7 Ac only 3 will work and that is also for 10 hrs. 5 hrs at night and 5 hrs in the morning. Extremely uncomfortable. Do NOT ever visit here.

Countryside Chalet Resort was a serene place. Lot of opportunities for various indoor and outdoor sports. Mini Zoo have various species of animals and birds. It is a good place for spending time with family and friends.

A run down resort in serious need of proper maintenance. Not suitable for any family event. Only the living and pool (which was very small and reeked of chlorine) are private, else all the other activities are shared. A mockery of a zoo with animals kept in poor conditions, run down and dirty lake for boating, joke of a cinema with a 360p projector.The covered area is impressive, but management really failed to keep it proper.

The pool was small and ground was very small. Zoo was not well kept with several empty cages and/or animals kept is poor conditions. Same goes for in door games and gym. Canteen was small and not well stacked. Although it was cheap. For cricket there was common ground which is not very convenient. Boating lake was dirty. TOnly saving grace was the cinema I suppose. Plus this farm house is not that far from the city so thats another advantage.
