On a Karachi food tour and dined at Ala Rahi. Service is polite and impeccable. Food is Insta-worthy. The gods of taste will thank you on the meats (we tried the Lebanese platter and a chicken cheese kabab dish). The kunafeh could be improved (less crunchy and more cheese). Overall, a yummy gem! Food quality is superb. Mostly crowded but manageable in term of food they serve. Very tasty food . their labanese and Arabic BBQ platter is amazing . Laham khubus pilaf is must try very tasty. Ive been to so much places and tried different cuisines but Ala Rahi is the one where I wanted to go again n again. Wonderful ambiance, set your reservations before going there cuz almost its jam packed specially on weekends. Starting with lil bit of humus with pita breads, our main course was Atish Dajaj ( Laham ) with labanese platter enough for 6. Ending with kunafa was a real deal. Overall experience was good but that was not first time wed from Ala Rahi been there when it was named as Ala Rasi

If the owners keep up the good quality and serving size matched with a reasonable cost. I can predict an extremely bright future for them.Awesome food.

The Parking and access is easy, as we visit on Sunday, The floor was over crowded and couldn’t get the Quality Service. Steak & Seafood dishes were not available. The decor of the restaurant was fine and the food presentation is just Okay. Cuisine is Turkish and middle eastern but the taste is not authentic and is customized to match locals buds. Arabic BBQ platter was more or less tastes as same kabab we get at kababjess or Kolachi where as we ordered a separate rice that was Tahiri (Pelay Chawal). Servers were not careful enough to note down the order and prefer to remember it verbally and eventually missed a dish after a wait for 30 mints. So need more training. Overall average experience. We were two and the damage was Rs 5237.

Definitely a place to checkout. Unique variety of Turkish, Lebanese and Arabic food. Very good ambiance. The Aatish variety is something quite unique (see videos) taste and serving is also very good. A bit expensive though.

Visited with office employees., environment was nice n refreshing., food taste was extra ordinary delicious., service was great. It was way much expensive on pocket but when it comes too taste and service youll feel like everyone is paid for good.Will surely visit again inshaAllah.

One of the most authentic Turkish cuisine you will find in Karachi. Lahem kebab, khunafa, dajjaj atish, manakesh.. you name it theyve got it plus the experience and the service is also very distinguished.

Great ambience, helpful and quick service.If you want authenticity this may not be the place.Mishkak khubus was really good 9/10. Hummus was decent 7.5, falafel was just ok 5.The shank was wonderfully done 8/10 though was rather bland in taste.Apple mint mojito was really good.

Serving time was a bit longer than usual. Its got mostly Turkish food and it does justice to the ambiance as well as taste.We were 4 people and we ordered 2 dishes. Total bill was about 4500. The serving size was a lot. We only ate half, and brought the remaining home.

Amazingly tasty and great food. A must try dish is the mutton shank which is served with bread on top of the handi. The mutton is so soft and tender. You will not find something like this in entire Karachi. The ambiance is nice and comfortable with good service. The wait can be longer during weekends and rush hours. They have valet parking as well.

I ordered mutton kabab from Ala rahi for the dinner! And damn, Ala Rahi never fails to impress you! They did a tremendous job with the meat a mutton was fully cooked and grilled it was well done! I am actually not a person who loves mutton but i am totally in love with their mutton kabab.Totally recommended !you guys are amazing! Keep up the good work ! I wish we get to visit your restaurant again when things get better ! Surely gonna order this for dinner again.

Great food and ambience was exceptional slow service (took 50 minutes for us) we ordered the ala rahi grand platter along with another chicken dish served in rice (dont remember name) Khubus was great served fresh of red brick oven and presentation is very attractive. Highly recommend (cheese manakish is a must try)

I have heard so many thing about this restaurant that it is one of the best and so many thing. But I am disappointed. Like seriously I am very disappointed because the taste was homemade. The way Arabian foods taste like, it was completely different from that. Kunafa size was very small I mean like seriously? Those who have tried kunafa in gulf countries will be laughing on their serving as well as taste. I am never gonna recommend any one of this restaurant. Totally disappointed.

So we tried turkish food at Ala Rasi....very close to the authentic ...For starter We ordered Cold mezze plater including Humus,Mutabal,Baba Ganosh with oven fresh pita bread...the taste was amazingly yumm...For the main course we hav selected Aatish Laham kaburka(which i found bit expensive),foot long kebabb(chicken nd beef both) excellent taste..only they should decrease the amount of garam Masala in rice other wise the rack meat was very juicy nd tender..Drinks we ordered mint lemonade and citrus Bombshell which was recomded by the manager..For Deserts we asked for kunafa and Basbosa...served with ice cream(totally wrong combo,specially on the top..it can be serve as a side line though)#AlaRasi kindly dont serve kunafa with ice cream..its really ruin the taste of the original thing...(Lately we came to know that the desert was complimentry for us..dont know why but they really showed the kind gesture nd gave us 15% discount too.Well over all very good experience but u should hav a taste buds to hav a turkish food...Presetation nd service is upto the mark...worth trying nd a must go place...Shehbaz Commercial phase 6 DHA

A Good And Unique Restaurant With A Little Expensive Price.

Ala Rasi restaurant is really nice place to have meal with family or group of friends. They deserve 9 out of 10 for ambience. I like their seatings too. Service is also good 9/10. Lets talk about food. Well it was my first visit to Ala Rasi so Im going to give review about the stuff I ate at Ala rasi . My most favourite was kunafah which is desert oh my God, it was just awesome. I would recommend everyone should try it. I would rate it 10/10. Then Namkeen gosht was so delicious and deserve 10/10 marks. Mutton Shank was good 8/10. Laham khubus pilaf was good too 8/10. Turkish kabab was fine 7/10. Dajjaj khubus pilaf was just ok 6/10.

Ordered Long-Foot Kebab and Laham Khubus Pilaf, Long-Foot Kebab was mouth-watering and Khubus Pilaf was delicious. the presentation was really delightful. And the ambiance was splendid.. quick service and courteous staff.. the presentation of the food was something out of the ordinary!Thoroughly enjoyed the visit, and guess what? I was here again for Kunefah!I would rate it 10/10. #Honestlyp.s. the only thing hard here is to choose the menu..so if you plan to visit, do have a look at some of their vids on page and do consult the staff when ordering :p

We ordered:- Beef Yakhni: With a great taste of cinnamon, this hit the right buds and gave a very soothing effect to my irritated throat too.- Hummus: This was divine! The texture was smooth unlike usual hummus we get at eateries, the pita bread was warm and freshly baked.- Dajaj khubus pilaf: another brilliantly made dish. Excellent kabuli pulao filled with raisins, almonds, peas and carrots - cooked and baked with chicken marinated in just the right amount of spices. Yum! Would go back for this one.- Pasha Kebab and Turkish kebab were both chicken kebabs which were juicy and went great with the mint and tomato dips they provided. However, they tasted almost the same.- Shish tauk: one of the most tender and delicious shish tauk I’ve had in Karachi.There was a lot of live cooking going on and the presentation of the dishes was also remarkable. I was also impressed by the rates. We ordered 2 soups, 1 appetiser, 4 mains and it costed us almost 4500 which is very reasonable especially, with the quality and quantity. Finally visited the great Ala rasi, the taste was as good as the reviews over swot.For starters we tried chicken cheese strips, and for the main course dajaj khubus pilaf and leham kabab. The quantity was pretty decent as for 3 people we couldnt finish the meal. The chicken and rice were perfectly cooked and each dish had a wonderful taste. The leham kabab was not outstanding but pretty much your average mutton kabab. For desert we ordered kunafa and it was the best kunafa i have tried so far. So all in all a good experience, definitely coming back to try more

When I heard about opening of a Turkish restaurant in Karachi, I had craving to visit and try food but unfortunately cant make it for few months. Finally, plan was made and it will be unfair if I do not share my amazing experience.Ala Rasi is a Turkish restaurant in Karachi Pakistan serving all Turkish cuisine in pure Turkish manners. Ambience of the restaurant is very nice. Neat and clean beautifully decorated floors. There are 2 dinning halls with dining tables and chairs sitting and few pure Turkish style floor sittings are also available.Quality of food is good and healthy. Taste of the food is little bit modified according to local customers taste but overall Turkish taste remains higher. Ordered Hummus, Laham kebab, Laham khubus pilaf, Namkeen ghosht and Kunafa. Strawberry mojito was love and freshing. All items were delicious and perfect in taste. Quantity of food was also satisfactory. Staff is very well mannered and service is very quick. Prices are also reasonable as compare to quality and quantity of food provided.Normally there is a waiting of around 20 to 30 minutes so I recommend book your tables first. Parking is not an issue as there is lot of space available. Restaurant is also offering valet parking service.I rate this restaurant 10 out of 10 in all aspects and recommend everyone to visit.

Atish dajaj , overhyped overrated overprices meal costing rs 1600plus, though serving is good for 3 girls and 2 boys.... i wouldnot recommend this place to anyone... its nust waste of money with no taste, i was really cravibg for turkish or lebanese food.... tries this with kebabs... no doubt kebabs were much better than this dajjaj...the chiken in the dajjaj was so dry and undercooked... there were no tastes of any spices in the chicken even i tried to chew it more thn normal to feel if it could hv anything that made it 1600 rs pricing, literally, there wasnt

I ordered their Arabic platter through Food panda, they never mentioned per person serving in their food panda menu, so the quantity was only for two person costing Rs. 3000 incl GST, which is overpriced. You can better and more quantity elsewhere. Thumbs down to you .

Well due to some reasons they have changed their name from aala raasi to aala rahi..Space is a little bit congested but over all awesome experience.Service, food everything perfect..We had Ezme chicken, Aazri kabab and kunafa...Highly recommended..
