The branch is small, however overall customer care is satisfactory. Things get easily done in lesser time since theres no much customer foot-fall in the branch.

An average bank with more focus on commercialization than on customer care. Most of my friends who are associated with this bank either directly or indirectly are not happy as compare to other mainstream banks. They need to improve their customer support manifolds to get more customers otherwise they will face serious issues in managing their services. I cannot recommend since I am not satisfied, good luck for the customers.
