Worst service! Transferred amount through local bank to meezan , got message from meezan its in account but received nothing its been 24 hours ,branch kept lying it will be done in 24 hours maximum,and the worst customer service said 7 business days to reimburse! Wow

No matter you got branches everywhere or customers in millions you are really a disgrace as a financial institute in Pakistan.Highly Not Recommended for Businesses Please never rely on them for anything what I learn from them is better have no bank then them.If you complain ring them 1000 times them robot agent will ask you to wait and you will hear from xyz deptt. No answer on official complaints email not even any acknowledge response.They use your money and give you justifications and let you wait.

One of the worst experiences dealing with this bank, not fulfilling the promises, lost of the documents, delaying tactics to engage the customer halfway to make sure they accept their terms and conditions is common, after sales customer service is way less than ZERO, miscommunication is rule of thumb for this bank, pushing customer to sign the documents without reviewing, please make sure you read what they are saying, usually documents are opposite of what they are saying, list goes on and on.

The location is far from city center however building is state of the art with several amenities for staff including swimming pool.
