Ruin our party today. If they were not selling in lockdown must have told us before. Two cakes were ordered 2500 delivery charges 100 but all gone in nothing. Faced embarrassed in front of guests. Because you never know until its cut and tastes

They Extremly disappointed me on my daughters birthday. I ordered a customised black forest cake a week ago. They delivered me very late and that cake was just a mess. They really messedup our event.

Pathetic customer service stale cakes unfriendly staff

Extremely disgusting service. Canceled my order hours after i had paid deposit and finalized the design. Completely ruined my daughters first bday party!!At least should have the honesty to have negative reviews on their page. Kept deleting my reviews.

There cakes are different from others and customized cakes are awesome

Order was delivered on time but all of the cupcakes were mixed together,some of them were turned upside down and the other were smashed against eachother,it was a total mess,I dont blame them completely because the food panda rider might have been very irresponsible and must not have taken care but very bad experience this time.

Fresh Cakes

Twice in a row they ruined the event when I ordered picture cake. First time disproportionate pictures printed by there staff and the second time printed the picture so dark that it was barely visible. Had to face embarrassment twice in front of guests because of them. I Wouldnt recommend picture cakes to anyone. Totally disappointed.
