Sikandar at counter sales is an excellent service provider. Good quality bakery products, especially the mud cakes and doughnuts. Next time I will try the chicken cheese patties. I loved the presentation holders.

Ordered four red velvet cupcakes and was disappointed. They aren’t that good and the packaging was poor too they were smushed. There was nothing in the box which can hold cupcakes in place. Dezato and Delizia are the best options when going for cupcakes.

The cake was moist, the chocolate mousse was yummy, they replicated the design on the top perfectly, it looked awesome, and tasted wonderful...the staff is friendly and cooperative ..i will definitely use them again

Taste good but not my type

Worst experience. Got my order Maltesers cake from food panda but the stale cake was hard to cut.and was without a single piece of Maltesers.

Bought two KitKat cakes with Bogo. The cakes were extremely yummy and rich from inside. Maps locations must be updated as they have closed down from bahadurabad and moved to Khayaban Seher. Its better to confirm or reserve your order before making a move .

Needs improvement to provide quality service to the customers, yesterday I visited Royal Rich Bakery Jami Commercial Phase 7, I told the person to write Happy Birthday with the name on the cake, it was a chocolate cake (brown) he started writing with green cream, I stopped him and told him to write with white cream he went to nearby Hobnob bakery for white cream and started writing, the cream was yellow but not white then he wrote short form HBD instead of Happy Birthday and when he was writing the name he was unable to write 7 alphabet name on the cake.
