It was a good bakery with fresh items but after covid he reduced his items and production however things are fresh and good.

This is the newly constructed Commercial Building in the Main Commercial Area housing Rahat Bakery near Tariq Road & Allama Iqbal Road which was designed by me but the Owner of the Building did not follow my professional advice / instructions for adherence to Building Bye Laws/Regulations & instead being greedy followed the non professional advice of his Contractor who was constructing this Building ( of the Owner ) who constructed this Building on two sides of arcades which were to be left out for the convenience of the pedestrians / shoppers & this grave violation of Building Regulations will never be regularized & compounded unless the Owner of Rahat Bakery removes the unauthorised construction & restores the arcades to their designated position in this Building & he can not also Occupy his Building ( which he is unauthorisedly doing for so many years ) unless he applies to SBCA for the approval of Completion Plan of his Building & secures Occupancy Certificate which he is not in a position to do so & sensing his ( Owners ) adamant behaviour I had withdrawn my Services immediately as Licensed Architect for this Project by informing KBCA well in time . The bakery products of this Bakery are so so & are good only for pastries , patties & assorted biscuits which my daughter & also her female colleagues like very much in the US which cookies (biscuits ) I regularly keep on sending her from this Country .
