I ordered chocolate cake 1 week before and was confirmed to me that it will be chocolate cake.. went I went today to receive my order first of all too much croud that I understand. But he the guy told me to first clear the bill and then give me the bill thats also fine but that guy took the the I am asking everyone where is the guy who took my bill they keep on saying he is coming then another guy came and give the cake. When I came home and went cut the cake its ice cake with pineapples.. what the hell the Rs 2200. For chocolate cake not for ice cake. Now whom should I call its all Close my day because of them is waste... I want an answer from blue ribbon. You should give my money and cut ice cake amount from it...and check the presentation of the cake.. I want an answer from them y they spoiled my son birthday evening....

Still prime name in bakery items among surrounding areas but they need to be improve more in their baking stuff line in cakes, and customer dealing.

Blue ribbon is a nice bakery brand with multiple branches across city. They have a resonable footfall and is quite popular amongst the karachites. They have a range of various bakery items cakes (make to order as well) and sweets. They also make samosa and related stuff in evening. The quality of the stuff is fresh mostly some items are fresh in the morning others around evenings. Overall a nice place to buy the bakery items.

Blue ribbon is one the finest bakery in Karachi, I love its products specially cakes.My favourite cakes is Malt cake.

Absolutely perfect!!!! they make the perfect cakes and just how you want them.... I have been getting my cakes done from them only..... their charges are very economical and their head owner is very understanding ..... currently they made a very beautiful cake for my 10th anniversary.... attaching a picture of it with the review.
