I have been shopping here for the last 4 year now the cloth are good for the price and usually have nice quality ...... i had a very bad experience yesterday with the staff there the staff was arrogant and didnt give even a little respect to the customer the treatment of the staff was pathetic in the humanity sense ....... actually the store has a sudden change in policy (since we have multiple times exchanged stuff in the past) to not exchange the cloths without the original receipt.

If you go to any store and you find product of your choice but customer service is not appropriate than everything is useless. One should enjoy his shopping rather spending and coming out with stress.... Same is the story at expo store. I came across very bad incident today. The guy named uzair was misbehaving with customers at the counter, he was so loud and arrogant...... I think store management should arrange some customer service audit.
