This is probably the best honda showroom in town. I have been to other showrooms as well but the level of customer service I experienced in this showroom was just awesome. They also have a very huge workshop at the back of the showroom where atleast 50+ cars can be catered at once.Staff is friendly, supportive and humble and thats a cherry on top.
Staff is cooperative and helpful however service and other facilities are pathetic , very poor, and not up to the mark. They are so called 3s service provider but always short of spares. What is the use of having locally manufactured automobile when they cannot provide parts on time. Today is the third time this happens with me. I am now seriously having doubts about buying any new car from Honda if their service standards are this bad.

Quality of service has decreased significantly in the last year. Theyve increased their prices and lowered their standards.Just to give you an idea of the kind of business theyre running : I went to get my cars panel checked as the buttons were not responding. After inspection, the guy says Ill have to buy a new one for Rs.85,000. Later when I complained about the mediocre washing and cleaning they performed to a senior staff member, he told me that my 2017 model had a problem with the panel and they had had others come in with the same problem. He offered to have it replaced for free.From quoting Rs.85,000 to doing it for free. Theres definitely something wrong with this whole picture. And this is not the only bad experience Ive had.Unfortunately, this is the only official shop I can go to to get maintenance done.Truly, a sad state of affairs in this company.

WARNING! DONOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!I went there for 1st 1000km check up of my Honda City. They asked me for car wash/service and I asked them to do it.Paid Rs.1274 (invoice + 2% on Debit card!!) and found that there were mechanical brush marks, tiny scratches uniformly across the car hood and show grill!I immediately pointed this out but to my utmost surprise, I was told pehlay say hua hoga. I got furious and asked for the higher management after which, their senior manager operations came and said you must have brought the car with lots of dust that is why we didnt note the scratches.At this point I was truly angry . I asked them to check their cameras and see for themselves the car was clean when I brought it in. They said it is lunch time and they will check when their I.T GUY is back. I told them to get this fixed and I will come later to collect it.They did some rubbing and polish to get the dark scratches mild but the paint is damaged anyways. Showgrill spoiled too!This sorry excuse for a human being M. Fahad Munir tried to tell me that this was a fault in the paint but their painter who was there to check the car too said Sir ye oopar say hi lagay hainFahad Munir was rude and told me whatever you say, we didnt do it. I told him that I will complain to Atlas Honda and the owner of Honda Drive-in Karachi Murtaza Alibhai (in Canada). Fahad told me, do whatever you want.Dont have the time or energy to go after them in a legal battle but this is the least I could do.HONDA DRIVE-IN is a not only a rip off, they are rude, unprofessional and bloody CHEATS!!!!!

Good for car servicing, repear and maintenance. They remind too, keeping track records of each vehicle.
Comparetively good place than Honda Shahrah Faisal, must check your car before receiving and dont trust them.
Overall satisfied with service. But management of warranty claims is pathetic at almost all dealerships. Waiting time for parts under claim in days and months... really disappointing. Dont know whos responsible Honda itself or dealership
-Good and Maintained Showroom.-Sales, Service and Spare parts available.-Sales persons at front desks are not up to date. They even do not know the company future strategy. Do not know the new things about Honda new models cars. They do not have broucher in soft copies. They do not brief customers regarding cars. If you ask some question, then they reply.

Not giving 5 star only because they charge 2.5% extra on credit card which Honda defence does not. However, their service is far better than Honda Defence. Staff is very good, trained and know how to deal staff unlike Honda Defence motors.

It was my first experience, staff were nice, They helped a lot.It have free wifi and customers who are waiting can get password from Desk 1.Local mechanic said my cars clutch plates having problem which will cost Rs. 5000/- .Honda workshop free of cost inspect my car and informed that the silencer were touching with body and were making noise,which they fixed on spot.Thank you Honda.

The only issue that they always have so much rush and over booked appointments. Parts replacement is major issue here as most of the time their stock is empty and they have to order from Honda Atlas Car Lahore head Office. These orders can take sometimes 3 weeks.

Very poor service and long queues. They take forever to order and get replacement parts under warranty and often forget to order and forget to call you when the part arrives.

My personal experience with the dealership is excellent. They have trained mechanics, staff in workshop area. Tunning, servicing and all other works are done satisfactorily over here. There is also spare parts shop and all the major genuine parts are easily available here with a slightly higher rates than the local market. Their sales team is also very competative.

Got someones car diagnosed from here. They charge a diagnosation fee of about 3000 ( which is a bit expensive). Best time to come is between 9-10 as it gets busy fast. Just make sure to keep asking about your car or else theyll forget about you.

WASTE OF TIME ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS . Pathetic! Just Pathetic workshop. I reached the showroom at 9 OClock in the morning. There were just a couple of cars ahead of me and there was still no one to receive or attend the car. After a wait of 15 minutes Mr Ghani, who was visibly frustrated, comes and asks rudely Kya hai isko? (What is wrong with it?). I told him that the shocks appear to be faulty. He told me that we dont not have its shocks and thus cannot be repaired here.(Without even bothering to check it)Without any further arguments and considering the worst attitude, I chose not to get the car repaired at this workshop.Although, I do not expect any better customer service from the Pakistani Car Manufacturers, but this was the worst experience I had with any HONDA Workshops so far.Speaks of the worst top management at the workshop and HONDA.

Worst experience ever, left my car here for 1000km free checkup and they rather destroyed it. Driving door got dented during work and the so called professional mechanic didnt have courtesy of using paper mats, destroyed my mats and car carpet with his greasy shoes. I told them to check fuel gauge and back camera as i thought there is something wrong but they never bothered doing it. I would rather go to my local mechanic next time then going to them
