A one stop shop for me where everything is available. The staff is just average. Also exchange or refund is the biggest issue so better never attempt that. A good place in a problematic town with a play land for kids. I often visit here for even meat and vegetables. Toys, clothes are a bit expensive than imtiaz but lots of things in grocery are cheaper than imtiaz. Visit at a less crowded time if you want to have the best experience.

Its a worst place to shop on weekends. Its for those who have extra time to waste there with a huge crowd. And the management is not making that place a better customer friendly shopping point with convenient and fast exiting practices.

Now having Good Range but Counter Service is too Slow.

I have bought tab cac 1000 from NK pharmacy of chase departmental store. Price mentioned on bottle is 153.04 but they charge excess amount Rs. 164.27 in bill i have also asked to correct this but they refused to correct the bill. People are advised not to come over here.

It was an awesome place. Everything is available to buy in a friendly budget. You can get house hold items, mens fashion wearing and females wearing as well. No stock.Limited Items.They didnt even on their air-condition in this hot weather.There is no humanity.If I have to shop in a hot weather so I could go to any market near me or choose a whole sale market.Why should I go to this hot oven.Very Bad experience.

It is enough for your daily household needs and your occasional suiting booting shopping. It is reasonable. Yes you may find a variety you like but this is not the end of the world. Reasonable variety okay.

I have a chance to go there first time, its one of biggest outlet of Chase, still I have not been able to see the complete stuffs and shelves arrangement, but it seems organized, and clean.I have found one defect that is at the time of enterance there are many shelves located, if someone need their items from there and they havent anything to buy then, he or she may has to go way all around to exit counter, which is I thought not good.An exit counter for such visitor should be arranged just like available in the other outlets of Chase.

Chase departmental store at omega mall is an affordable place specially for middle class families. It contain almost all type of Daly use categories. You can have different level of qualities of same item. So at the time of purchase the options are to wide.

Fruits and vegetables are also available. Garments are good but grocery price is higher then Imtiaz Super Market.On Holidays, the place is crowded. Spacing between rows and shelf is closer. It is difficult to move trolley both sided on same time with freedom and ease.The people working in the store are helpful But people at the billing counters is very bad very slow service they leave the counter without informing and people are waiting. billing section is worst only few counter are working.overall is good but they have to improve billing section and trained counter staff
